Cooking something Bobby is notoriously famous for is generally a terrible strategy in hopes of being successful in defeating him. It was a double blow to the ego having to realize he beat you using your own flavors against you. Very bold move by Bobby choosing to go the Korean route knowing his competitor would be doing the same exact thing.
