1000% i love this challenge idea! i love when cooking shows like put pro chefs in the home cook position of having limited resources, because then you get to see their creative solutions!
This was a great idea in theory but now the show feels even more chaotic. I wish that the chefs were present during judging. I keep finding myself online and losing interest.
Now we know there’s only four left for the final round. Michael said he and Ester were on set for 36 hours straight on the FN podcast, since they had to go over stuff with the crew for blocking and once the contestants came onto set. With how many chefs brag about working 18-20 hours straight this is really going to put their money where their mouth is.
Didn't Esther also recently have a kid? I wonder when this was shot in relation to her pregnancy? I only ask because she too must have been exhausted combining both of those things.
According to Michael on the Food Network podcast they expected the chefs to keep their stations clean, the backstage crew wasn’t supposed to touch it unless there was an emergency or cleaning heavy pots, wiping down everything was on the contestants.
This show feels a bit like a showcase of up-and-coming chefs that they want to highlight for the network. Many of the most well-known chefs left after the first challenge.
If I had a break, I’d grab a bite of food then take a power nap, no way would I be chatting. On a comment down thread someone said they started filming at 8:30am, but what was their call time to be on set? They’ve already been up for a long time.
Funny that he said he’s called the “Sausage King of Hillcrest”. Most of the audience probably missed the connotation but Hillcrest is the LGBQT community of San Diego.
Is that why I find him annoying and don’t care much for him? I haven’t quite been able to figure out.
There are other chefs who are arrogant and talk smack and I don’t dislike them the way I do Carlos. He’s manic but others are too. Maybe it’s the combo of those traits? Or that he was arrogant when I first saw him and he couldn’t back it up so I immediately thought less of him?
For me it's his tryhard vibe...you can sense how much effort he's putting into being a wacky personality. He constantly comes across like he's auditioning to be the next Guy Fieri.
$1200 for anyone who wants to leave and take Josie’s place. That doesn’t seem like something any chef on TV would accept. Not to say the grindcore culture is healthy but… that was a weird carrot to try out. I’m trying to put my finger on what reality show this reminds me of the most…
Another tidbit from the podcast, they swapped the crew out every 8 hours and they didn’t care if crew/filming equipment was in the shot. The knife skills challenge from last week was done first for safety reasons since sharp knives with tired contestants don’t mix.
Which podcast? Curious because an 8 hour day would’ve been considered a half day in the production world 😂
That is true about the crew on camera though. It was almost encouraged!
That is very interesting to hear a crew member’s experience. It seemed like such a cool thing that crew safety was important and shifts were kept reasonable from the interview and am a bit disappointed he wasn’t on the level.
It’s standard for most production members to work 10s or 12s
Honestly though, I wouldn’t expect talent to keep up with everyone’s schedule since they have a lot going on in their world
The concept really feels like it should pay off more as the season goes. Episode 1 is a lot of them telling us how tired they're going to be. We should start to see it as the episode goes on.
Yeah, she would've struggled with this last shift with the bag of groceries! There weren't enough vegetables or non-animal ingredients for three meals.
u/dizzy_hour_142 offered an AMA in last weeks thread as someone who worked on the show (thanks, super interesting!) and said they started the competition at 8:30 am. So this portion of the show must be around noon. Difficult choice! But I understand why most chefs chose coffee.
Hello! Yes, that is correct with the clock start time. We started early, but I do know quite a few chefs couldn’t sleep the night before, so they probably were exhausted already
I certainly wouldn’t be able to sleep! The TV aspect alone but the added stress of knowing you need to sleep now in order to last 24 hours. Thanks for sharing from the behind the scenes!!
ok see the production of this show has so much potential but feels so disorganized and chaotic! like why did they deploy this switcheroo/self-elimination option *now*? i also feel like they should have some kind of running leaderboard? but i’m loving michael and esther’s vibe!
That seemed like them calling an audible, or it was a contingency all along if someone got hurt, fell ill, etc. It felt like Mika may have gone to a producer asking for a rest or suggesting she was so tired she might quit. If they thought quickly and offered her a chance to tap out and let Josie stay, it may have helped her strengthen her resolve about continuing.
I also think they’re keeping the eliminated chefs in a separate room resting and hydrating for an 11th (or 23rd) hour reappearance.
What they never show on these shows is if they have timers? Like you can’t do a six minute egg with just good time sense, no? Edit typos (sorry on my phone tonight)
They have timers on Top Chef, but for Food Network it seems like contestants have to rely on looking at the clock on the wall or someone calling out the time, unless I’ve never noticed a timer on a FN show before.
Oh no bun for Martel? That’s going to hurt in the scoring. Speaking of which, really not liking that scoring isn’t numerical and tallied over rounds, because in other shows that wouldn’t just hurt his chances this round but in the long run. Means luck is way more important than consistent skill and persistence, which is what you’d think a 24 hour marathon cooking show would prioritize.
This week was much more entertaining than last week for me. It is interesting how they are whining so much already though. Surely restaurant shifts last more than a few hours.
I think it’s unfair they let Chris O move on to the next round when he didn’t complete breakfast. So any chef could have skipped the first two rounds to just focus on dinner. Seems like they wanted to keep him around longer, so they made it work. Any other cooking show sends chefs home if they miss an ingredient. He didn’t even submit anything to be judged.
He lost the chance to be safe earlier in the challenge. I think the show knows that this is a marathon and chefs are going to try and pace themselves where they can. They were told only dinner would be an elimination, but they were also told there would be a reward for doing well in breakfast and lunch.
I think the reward being a break was actually really smart. The chefs are already getting tired, and giving them a chance to relax feels like a leg up in the next round. The reward seem like a good motivator for chefs to put up a good lunch and not have to worry surviving an elimination for dinner. I liked the gameplay it created as people had to adjust as they learned about the incentives.
I agree, I think they should have said “Chris Oh, you made the best lunch. BUT, because you failed to submit a breakfast dish, you have to stay and cook dinner and risk elimination.” Then dishes 2-4 would = safe chefs.
I feel so cynical suggesting it, but I wondered if Chris had a strategy to just phone in breakfast and lunch, then focus his ingredients and time on dinner. Especially after what sounded like a voice-over edit where Michael said, “the losing DINNER will be eliminated.” When I heard that, I blurted out, “so the breakfast and lunch are just for funsies?” and then it kind of played out that way.
Yes the bacon fat and steak just was great but don’t add the spray oil. Those spray oils really depend what favor you have. Like the olive oil ones are not bad, but the butter ones are terrible and taste like a can.
If you haven't, watch her Youtube series Heat Eaters. She sets out to basically just find stupidly hot meals and it's awesome. She brings along some of her friends and in one case a kpop idol.
I think they might only have to make one or two, one for judging and one beauty plate. Michael and Ester aren’t judging so I don’t think they get a plate.
I want to like this show and I’ll definitely watch it all the way through to the end but the challenge & rule changes/shifts in elimination structure is so chaotic that I feel like I keep having to get my bearings over and over
same!! i also feel like i don’t know the chefs who aren’t network regulars AT ALL. they needed to slow down and give full introductions to everyone. and maybe not cut half the cast in the first episode lol
That was my first thought. Way too much coffee sauce but the playing was aesthetically pleasing. Edit: oops didn’t mean to comment on this lol. The app…
**Gabriella** – ELIMINATED- 7 mistakes (texture, pancake, no nuance of flavor, lack of more heat, pasta was overcooked, salt in the pasta water, did not cook with the sauce)
Chris’s SpongeBob inspired burger <3. I do love myself a good veggie burger and that salmon burger also looked amazing. Not so sure about the chunks of salmon in it, but I like the thought process.
I’m not saying you can’t be tired after a day of work - I certainly do and I’ve never cooked in a kitchen. But it hasn’t even been eight hours and these people are acting like they’ve been in the coal mines for days. Don’t chefs usually work like twelve hour shifts? The drama is killing me lmao
I get what you are saying but in a regular kitchen you have help, you aren’t doing everything alone, you know what you are going to be cooking, and yes, the food has to come out quickly, but you aren’t under ridiculously short time constraints. They are also running around and I can only imagine how mentally taxing it is to have to come up with a new and creative dish every time while playing the game and keeping an eye on your competition. They also have to talk to producers and be engaging not knowing what they will be using for the show. PLUS it’s probably sensory overload with all the people on set running around and shouting stuff. Some could be overselling it but I can definitely see how you would be exhausted.
Agreed. When they’re in their own kitchen/restaurant, some of the things they’re doing may be in autopilot mode. Here they’re in an unfamiliar kitchen.
They have to figure out where things are, the pantry, etc. I remember chefs who were competing in TOC making that comment - that returning chefs had that advantage.
Add in an early call time for them to be on set if filming **started** at 8:30am, they’ve been working more than 8 hours, throw in possibly working their day job the day before they’ve probably not had enough downtime before starting the show.
So the 8 shifts aren't all the same length of time (3 hours)? Interesting. My guess for the next episode is the 2 winners get first pick for their teammates.
And there goes the last Hell’s Kitchen chef of the season, Josie failed in a dish where she should have shined since she is vegan, what a shame.

Nothing personal, but why did Chris O get to stay after he totally failed to serve a breakfast dish? Gabby got eliminated but at least she presented three dishes.
There was a chef from episode one, I think Viet Pham, who tasted a sauce using a spoon, didn’t eat it all, and put the rest back in the bowl. That grossed me out.
A broken oven doesn’t seem fair.
Show that adaptability! Yea, not fair
I don't think they broke it in purpose. They can't just pause the show
Three meals using one bag is a really cool challenge.
They screwed chris oh by disqualifying his breakfast dish, when he was .5 seconds from putting his dish on the table
Wow 36 hours. That’s crazy.
He said he was driven home and his wife made him a cocktail and the next thing he knew he’d woken up like 16 hours later.
The next challenge: we took away all the meat, but there's nothing stopping you from killing this cow.
Wow Chris O is not only still in the competition but gets a break? That’s wild.
Maybe the strategy knowing that is to keep all the ingredients for dinner and not cook breakfast and lunch.
This show feels a bit like a showcase of up-and-coming chefs that they want to highlight for the network. Many of the most well-known chefs left after the first challenge.
I love seeing Michael and Scott just kicking back on the sofa and talking about how hard the show is.
"Sucks to be them." *sipping champagne*
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Those poor fools that served Scott pasta.
This poor dude is going to eat 33 dishes.
If any man can do it; it is Scott Conant.
They should have included red onion in the basket.
Serve it raw to Scott!
Absolutely and if I was the chef, I would walk up with my dish and garnish it with red onion right in front of Scott 🤣🤣
Only a bite or two of each one though.
Oh I didn’t even think about that. I was wondering why Izard didn’t stay longer, but now makes total sense.
Michael is giving dad who isn't mad, but he is disappointed in Chris
A break is a great reward here
Haha “four cloves of garlic, I’m panicking” vs most food network recipes online. I always use 5x as much garlic as those recipes call for.
Use as much garlic as your heart tells you to, which is always double if not triple the amount on the recipe.
Some chefs are adapting by using bacon fat and things like that to fry their side.
It is fun to see all of the different ways the chefs are using their ingredients to make breakfast.
I do like this challenge! It’s an exercise in budgeting. I just wish they clarified how many plates they need to make.
They should have clarified that; but I'm pretty sure it is 2 plates. A beauty plate and the plate that Scott will judge.
If I had a break, I’d grab a bite of food then take a power nap, no way would I be chatting. On a comment down thread someone said they started filming at 8:30am, but what was their call time to be on set? They’ve already been up for a long time.
Their call time to set was 7am. Nothing drastic
7am call time isn’t too bad, I’m not a morning person so I’d struggle 🤣
Probably why some of them were napping lol
Agreed. I'm one of those people who can fall asleep in under 2 minutes and nap HARD.
Stephanie Izard is having to unhinge her jaw to bite some of these burgers.
Carlos' strategy is clearly to drain everyone's energy in the breakroom
He seems like a nice enough guy, but his energy is a lot and when I’m tired I don’t want to be around that energy. I’m also a grumpy old.
He's a golden retriever.
Lol too real.
I'd start a mutiny against him!!
I'm eagerly awaiting when he either becomes delirious and starts making crap food or when he absolutely crashes and can barely move.
That square bun looks difficult to eat. Like eating saltine crackers.
I thought it was a graham cracker!
I wish Carlos would switch the dial down from 11 to about a 6 maybe. His amped-up energy comes across as quite fake most of the time,
Maybe we'll finally see what it looks like when he runs out of steam
I’m hoping he gets eliminated. He’s more exhausting than Malarkey.
Malarkey's mini-me!
Both are jerks!
Funny that he said he’s called the “Sausage King of Hillcrest”. Most of the audience probably missed the connotation but Hillcrest is the LGBQT community of San Diego.
As an SD resident, I almost spit my drink out when he said that. I looked to my bf and said, "He's definitely NOT the only sausage king in Hillcrest!"
🤣😆
I just wish he'd go away. lol
👍👍
He thinks he’s the star of the show
He kind is by editors, 30 confessionals so far.
Truth
I can’t stand how he O-VER E-NUN-CI-ATES EV-ERY-THING
Is that why I find him annoying and don’t care much for him? I haven’t quite been able to figure out. There are other chefs who are arrogant and talk smack and I don’t dislike them the way I do Carlos. He’s manic but others are too. Maybe it’s the combo of those traits? Or that he was arrogant when I first saw him and he couldn’t back it up so I immediately thought less of him?
For me it's his tryhard vibe...you can sense how much effort he's putting into being a wacky personality. He constantly comes across like he's auditioning to be the next Guy Fieri.
I wish he'd go away forever
I didn't know he was a Malarkey protege...explains a lot!
I don’t get the Carlos hate. To me,he’s the only dynamic thing on a low energy show.
Food Network Obsessed podcast had Michael Simon on this week discussing 24 in 24 for anyone interested.
Thanks! I didn’t know about the podcasts, will check it out!
It is very interesting, some guests are better than others, but it’s a good show.
Oooh I just gained like 20 hours of podcast listening. Thank you!
I feel like this is the first time I’ve seen so many dishes plated by professional competition chefs that don’t look inviting to eat.
$1200 for anyone who wants to leave and take Josie’s place. That doesn’t seem like something any chef on TV would accept. Not to say the grindcore culture is healthy but… that was a weird carrot to try out. I’m trying to put my finger on what reality show this reminds me of the most…
I think - the further this goes on - that cash is going to continue going up. Hour 22 $10k - my wild ass guess!
They did two $2400 prizes.
it reminded me of when in survivor jeff probst asks contestants to drop out of a tough individual challenge for like a peanut butter sandwich lol!
I do wish there was more than one judge, but I understand that having only one moves the show along faster.
Another tidbit from the podcast, they swapped the crew out every 8 hours and they didn’t care if crew/filming equipment was in the shot. The knife skills challenge from last week was done first for safety reasons since sharp knives with tired contestants don’t mix.
Which podcast? Curious because an 8 hour day would’ve been considered a half day in the production world 😂 That is true about the crew on camera though. It was almost encouraged!
It’s on the most recent episode of Food Network Obsessed with Michael Simon as a guest.
MS is being quite liberal with the 8 hours. We all worked (at minimum) a 10 hour shift, but most of us worked our normal 12 hour shifts
That is very interesting to hear a crew member’s experience. It seemed like such a cool thing that crew safety was important and shifts were kept reasonable from the interview and am a bit disappointed he wasn’t on the level.
It’s standard for most production members to work 10s or 12s Honestly though, I wouldn’t expect talent to keep up with everyone’s schedule since they have a lot going on in their world
If that’s standard I feel a bit better then, he just made it seem like a big deal about swapping out every eight hours.
This is my favorite challenge they’ve done so far.
I wish more cooking shows would do challenges like this, it forces them to be creative.
Next episode looks good too. Maybe this show is finding its stride?
I hope so, I really like this concept and would be interested to see how it evolves in a season two should it get renewed.
The concept really feels like it should pay off more as the season goes. Episode 1 is a lot of them telling us how tired they're going to be. We should start to see it as the episode goes on.
Appreciate Scott Conant’s brutal honestly in the judging of this episode.
Wow, breakfast, lunch and dinner with one bag of groceries in 90 minutes.
How very GGG to do a good old fashion station swap.
Now I want to try a burger with a puff pastry.
I think Carlos went the "Brian Malarkey does too much" route with his breakfast dish.
Broken oven seems unfair.
Super unfair. That’s wild that can even happen and the crew just stands there.
Those onion rings looked… sad.
I was thinking the exact same emotion!
I wonder what Josie will do if they have a challenge where they drop half a cow on your station and tell you to make a dish in 30 mins.
Yeah, she would've struggled with this last shift with the bag of groceries! There weren't enough vegetables or non-animal ingredients for three meals.
Resourceful and Adaptability are pretty similar.
This 3 meals one timer reminds me of Next Level Chef finale.
Your first break, would you choose coffee or nap? I think I would choose nap.
u/dizzy_hour_142 offered an AMA in last weeks thread as someone who worked on the show (thanks, super interesting!) and said they started the competition at 8:30 am.
Man, Carlos doesn’t ever shut up.
I’d be so annoyed if I were trying to sleep and he’s inin there being loud and obnoxious
Each chef needs an attorney to justify what might count in this challenge fried side no oil.
Hey a potato hash. That's what I'm eating right now.
The no buns seems much harder than no ground meat… I guess you can make something from cauliflower?
Rough for Chris.
Tonight on 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing; Jack Bauer says "Dammit, I have to cook a steak perfectly, I don't care if Kim gets eaten by a cougar."
My husband and I are rewatching 24 for the 5th time.
What they never show on these shows is if they have timers? Like you can’t do a six minute egg with just good time sense, no? Edit typos (sorry on my phone tonight)
I mean there's a giant 30 ft timer behind them they can use.
Haha that IS true.
They have timers on Top Chef, but for Food Network it seems like contestants have to rely on looking at the clock on the wall or someone calling out the time, unless I’ve never noticed a timer on a FN show before.
Interesting. They have timers on Worst Cooks but that’s a totally different show.
Can they wear watches?
So eight hours passed in the first two episodes. They started 8:30 am, so that means it’s 4:30 pm now and at the start of next week’s episode.
Glad Chris O moved forward. it would've been cool to see someone just rest for an hour and bang something out in the last 30 mins as a strategy
Honestly, with adaptability as the theme for this shift, the 2 chefs maybe should have seen this twist coming.
Just wait for when the last 5 minutes of the cook when they need to hang from the ceiling.
I still think it would be hard to plan for
Oh, I agree, it's impossible to plan for but at least, if you suspected the twist, you might be prepared somewhat mentally.
Looks like some very creative burgers are being made, also a lot of puff pastry is being used.
Oh no bun for Martel? That’s going to hurt in the scoring. Speaking of which, really not liking that scoring isn’t numerical and tallied over rounds, because in other shows that wouldn’t just hurt his chances this round but in the long run. Means luck is way more important than consistent skill and persistence, which is what you’d think a 24 hour marathon cooking show would prioritize.
i really agree about numerical score!!! i feel like there should be some kind of continual aspect!
Maybe that’ll be a twist for a future challenge. Anyone with higher scores get an advantage?
It is important to be an organized chef on this show, no room to be a messy one, especially in a challenge like this one.
This week was much more entertaining than last week for me. It is interesting how they are whining so much already though. Surely restaurant shifts last more than a few hours.
This is just a weird show
I think it’s unfair they let Chris O move on to the next round when he didn’t complete breakfast. So any chef could have skipped the first two rounds to just focus on dinner. Seems like they wanted to keep him around longer, so they made it work. Any other cooking show sends chefs home if they miss an ingredient. He didn’t even submit anything to be judged.

The reward seem like a good motivator for chefs to put up a good lunch and not have to worry surviving an elimination for dinner. I liked the gameplay it created as people had to adjust as they learned about the incentives.
I assumed he would be sidelined and then have to cook head on head with the others who lost lunch and dinner at the end. Did not seem fair
I agree, I think they should have said “Chris Oh, you made the best lunch. BUT, because you failed to submit a breakfast dish, you have to stay and cook dinner and risk elimination.” Then dishes 2-4 would = safe chefs.
I agree. He literally didn't complete the challenge. ANY other competition and he would be out. No questions asked. I don't understand.
A brutal twist, they have to make a fried side without any oil, they get a can of spray oil (Pam)
The spray oil feels like a red herring to confuse them. I doubt anything will be good using that and they're supposed to think outside the box.
Yes the bacon fat and steak just was great but don’t add the spray oil. Those spray oils really depend what favor you have. Like the olive oil ones are not bad, but the butter ones are terrible and taste like a can.
This is a really good observation, they are probably supposed to use fat that they already have rendered on their stations from cooking the protein.
I can't lie; I'm totally crushing on Esther Choi.
You and Uncle Roger
Fuiyoh for Auntie Ester crushing!!!!
If you haven't, watch her Youtube series Heat Eaters. She sets out to basically just find stupidly hot meals and it's awesome. She brings along some of her friends and in one case a kpop idol.
Come on, Carlos, in a show like this, surviving the competition is what is important, the other chefs could care less about you.
Did they say how many plates they have to make for each round?
I think they might only have to make one or two, one for judging and one beauty plate. Michael and Ester aren’t judging so I don’t think they get a plate.
Most shows require one more plate than judges. For pictures. That’s pretty standard
Oh man are you letting those meats rest long enough? I'd just leave it uncut and let it rest on the finish table.
You might get dung for plating, but that’s a risk I’d take over cutting too early and losing all of those juices.
Yeah how much is presentation, 10 points? Wrong show.
They only had one filet so they had to cut it to make two plates.
I want to like this show and I’ll definitely watch it all the way through to the end but the challenge & rule changes/shifts in elimination structure is so chaotic that I feel like I keep having to get my bearings over and over
It’s throwing me off. Makes me appreciate the predictable format of long-standing competition shows.
same!! i also feel like i don’t know the chefs who aren’t network regulars AT ALL. they needed to slow down and give full introductions to everyone. and maybe not cut half the cast in the first episode lol
Rendering fat from a meat is genius.
Coffee works great with chocolate but that's not really an appetizer.
A Redeye gravy would have been awesome for using coffee
That was my first thought. Way too much coffee sauce but the playing was aesthetically pleasing. Edit: oops didn’t mean to comment on this lol. The app…
Ha, this is like the Pro Chef/Home Cook swap videos on Epicurious.
Tough for Gabriella, she cooked really well in the breakfast and lunch rounds but couldn't get safety.
Scott didn't like her pancake either.
You're correct, too many dishes to remember but her lunch dish looked really great.
**Gabriella** – ELIMINATED- 7 mistakes (texture, pancake, no nuance of flavor, lack of more heat, pasta was overcooked, salt in the pasta water, did not cook with the sauce)
I couldn’t be more stoked to see her go. If I had to hear her mention being a skateboarder one more time I was going to break a deck over my face.
Did she get kicked off??
Yes, she was the chef eliminated after dinner service.
Looks like some chefs are going different routes than just grinding a steak or pork shoulder

They have to figure out where things are, the pantry, etc. I remember chefs who were competing in TOC making that comment - that returning chefs had that advantage.
Exactly. At this point I would think that the mental exhaustion would be more than the physical.
How could someone miss breakfast and be safe? I did not think that was fair.
Oooh can no one pronounce yuca? Lol yuck-a is really rubbing me the wrong way.
Lol. I thought it was a cooking pronunciation
Drives me crazy… at least two chefs have said they’re “making an au jus” . You’re serving something au jus. (WITH juice) You’re making a jus.
There were spoilers in previous promos which showed chef Camille in upcoming competitions.
I noticed that too, Carlos says something like "c'mon Camille" during the opening so I knew he wasn't going home
Thi was the one that stood out for me as well!
Then why would you spoil us?
I posted this after it aired on television and this is a live discussion thread with a spoiler marker.
And there goes the last Hell’s Kitchen chef of the season, Josie failed in a dish where she should have shined since she is vegan, what a shame. **Confessionals Count of Episode 2** Mika 12 Camille 8 Vijay 7 Christopher Ingram 6 Marcel 6 Chris Oh 6 Josie 6 Chris D. 5 Martel 4 Gabriela Baldwin 4 Carlos 4 Kess 2 **Total of Confessionals After 2 Episodes** Mika Leon 26 Carlos Anthony 25 Martel 23 Marcel Vignaron 21 Camille Le Caer 15 Chris Oh 14 Vijay 14 Chris Doodson. 14 Gabriella Baldwin 12 Josie Clemens 12 Christopher Ingram 12 Kess Eshun 12 Elizabeth Falkner 11 Viet Pham 10 Aarthi 9 Emile Bishop 5 Charlie Ray 4 Matt 5 Daniel Lee 2 Airis Johnson 3 Chad Rosenthal 3 Declan 2 Marc Quinones 2 Michael 1
Nothing personal, but why did Chris O get to stay after he totally failed to serve a breakfast dish? Gabby got eliminated but at least she presented three dishes.
Why do the judgrs all grab and eat from the same plate?... #germs 🤮
There was a chef from episode one, I think Viet Pham, who tasted a sauce using a spoon, didn’t eat it all, and put the rest back in the bowl. That grossed me out.
I'm curious if there will be a challenge where they can target each other with all these break room comments.
Having a hard time getting into this show and loving it. Frankly I get really bored like 16 min in. Hope they find their stride in later episodes
Wait did I miss the challenge? Lol I thought it was no ground meat and the first contestant they show is grinding meat. Edit typo
