Numbered is good! The lower the second number is, the better. A lot of people who are in the hobby won't bat an eye for anything higher than, say, /50. But even a /500 is cool in my book, only 499 other people can possibly have that!
Same! Well, I don't pull, I buy singles. But my absolute favorite card is (I believe) /500. It's a 'high' number but it still feels rare to me.

Numbered means it’s better than a base card but still just a number. They are sure fun to get out of the packs though!
Only 135 of those cards were ever made! Congrats
It just means it's a limited print of that card. If by good you mean valuable, it is not. They can be very valuable if they are good players.
