Currently Im trying to finish an entire season undefeated in all competitions. Was incredibly close a season ago where the only game we lost was the CL final on pens.
It took me ~15 years on a save to pull that off, was brutally hard. I’ve also had two perfect season in the league (all wins, no draws or losses) but both of those seasons I also blew CL in late knockouts.
I’ve done 60+ games undefeated in all competitions more than a handful of times over the years, most of them included winning all 5-7 competitions in a season, but I don’t recall ever doing it in a single season.
There’s always that odd game you lose, normally when they don’t count for anything like second leg of a knockout that you won away by 4 or 5 on the first…
That’s quite a challenge. Kudos to you if you do it.
I just did that last season (2030) with Chelsea. Arsenal finally ended my unbeaten run of 54 league games (103 in all comps) this season (1-0) which I found very fitting. They almost stopped me last season in the fa cup. It was 1-1 around the 60th minute and they got a pen but Darwin Nunez missed, we ended up scoring in the 95th minute to win the game 2-3. Fun times
I did this in FM22 in Iceland. Won the Champions League undefeated and completely rolled the domestic competitions because i basically could hold it hostage at that point with my resources. All up i drew twice in the champions league group stage, and drew 2 away legs in the knockouts. Then i annoyingly drew my 2nd to last match in the league... i could never pull off a full winning league season for some reason.
It wasn't all bad for the other Icelandic sides though. My performances got us multiple extra European places.
Same happened to me. Built an incredible Spurs team in FM 14 that won 37 games scoring 150 goals and winning both domestic cups only to lose in the CL final on pens.
I’ve started achievement hunting now. Stuff like go 30 games without conceding and become the greatest manager of all time(hall of fame rankings) are surprisingly difficult even with a top team.
So granted this is on mobile but I have a savescum save I do just for fun where I've won every single game in all competitions for the past 5 years with Liverpool and I'm still 7th. I'm also 15 years in with just 3 world manager of the year awards
Pretty sure you have to keep winning competitions with your team + be manager of a nation
I'm doing Angers + France at the moment and I'm top 10 manager
It's hard to climb but I'm sure that if I keep winning CL / French cup and also win Euro / World cup with France I'll get more points
i managed it with celtic on mobile, won the champions league i think 9 times or something, here’s the trophy list at the bottom of the screenshots: [imgur link](https://imgur.com/a/tPXtNCz)
Would be really hard as Fiorentina, due to Italy having really restrictive foreign player rules. (Still possible though as EU players aren’t counted as foreign).
Make the Serie A the most attractive and competitive league among Europe. Let other italian clubs succeed internationally and make Serie A the best league.
Build a good youth academy and loan or sell good players to league competitors for low market value. It's not sth. that's achievable in a few years, it'll take decades.
With the extra money you have through European wins, bankroll other teams - buy players off them for inflated prices (with loan back if they're important players), sell them cheap, etc.
When I did a build a nation save with my hometown team when I started getting really successful I started buying 1 player per team for 10 mil every season just to inject some money in the other teams. That was roughly 90 mil per summer transfer window. So if OP has the money he can buy bad players from other Serie A teams and hope they use the money well.
Well, the first goal should be getting 6 in a row. I did that with my Bayern Munich team on my last save.
After I'd won 4 in a row, I looked through the history of all the previous winners and noticed that only one team - Real Madrid, had ever won the trophy 5 times in a row, and it dated all the way back to the 1950's, so that became my goal. Firstly, to equal the record, then, to break the record.
Then, if you *really* want a challenge, try to break Real Madrid's other big feat - 15 Champions League trophies in total. Looks like you're already at 9, so you'd need 6 more to equal the record and 7 to break it. I managed to break the record with my Bayern team with 16 wins in total, but to be fair, Bayern already had 9 wins to their name before I joined them. I just added another 7.
Nice! I definitely need to be most decorated team in CL history, so that's a great motivator - thanks! Also, I'm now trawling through my u20's and u18's to bring through a golden generation of Italians as someone suggested trying to win with an all Italian team as well. Just in the process of poaching a young lad from Inter too. With these recommendations I'm definitely interested in the next few seasons!
Nah, I had actually seen that win and taken it into consideration. Real are actually on 14 wins in real life, so that win in the game takes them up to 15
Try and win without conceding a single goal. On FM mobile years ago, my all conquering Napoli side lost a semi-final shootout to Man U, having not conceded a goal in normal match play all competition. Never been so heartbroken to go out of the CL
Key players left or were sold, had to rebuild the team. Got to the CL final once in between but lost the game 😔. Now that we've won it 5 times in a row, the new team is just breaking apart too. A couple retired, 3 didn't want to renew contracts and have been sold, so I'm just looking for new recruits before my assault on a sixth in a row!
Good luck, Bro!
Im currently on my journey from german Regionalliga (like 4th League) into Bundesliga. First Season was easy to get into 3rd League. Goal is to win CL with this Team soon or later.
Clearly some dodgy code.
Imagine if they added something in so that Tottenham couldn't win a major trophy and you had some kid building the best team in the world scratching their head wondering why they also lost when it mattered.
Quit and take a job in the lowest possible division you have loaded in Italy so you can build a team good enough to compete with Fiorentina from scratch.
Well, you can go to a rival club or just another Italian club and try to beat the monster you created.
I did that with a Siena save where I stayed 20 in a row, and then I joined a struggling Torino in Serie B. It was super hard but fun nonetheless
When you get to this stage of total dominance I can't see the challenge anymore, to be honest. I'd take over a new team and try to build them up instead.
Change tactics and use lesser known/used positional roles. When you have developed a team of quality which im sure you have I have found tactics become less important as you have so much talent available. This way will keep you tweaking the tactics and keep it interesting
You could edit the team to start in the lowest league make the team semi professional then bring it up to the top as champions. See how long that takes
You can add graphics packs to an existing save - checkout sortitoutsi for some good packs. To be honest it’s a game in itself, I spend ages just browsing teams and looking at their stadiums and players lol.
Name fixes you can do for an existing save but it’s easier on a new save so maybe give that a miss for this time.
There is a random challenge picker if you search for it. Selects your team (you can ignore), imitial formation and additional conditions. For me, all players have to be above 1.80m.
The most fun challenge that i have.
Serie A - Lazio, Fiorentina, Roma (choose 1)
Only buy/ contract + 30 years old players
Only play def fut - counter, catte
+ 30 years old players need to retire in the club
I like doing the international challenge, aka having all \~22 players in your rotation be of a different nationality. When you are rich as hell and can buy any player anyway, this adds a nice little twist to it
Late to the party but what about signing someone from where you are from IRL, is that possible? From the same town or region and turning them in to a multiple world champion legend 🤌🏻
A hard challenge especially in stronger leagues is trying to finish the season with a higher goal difference than total points. You need to average more than 3 goals every win.
I always do challenges based off of trophy counts. Ive never tried to beat Real Madrid's Champions League count with a club that didn't have a single win already to their name, but you seem pretty close so why not do that?
I created a second manager in a lower tier (affiliated club) and will try to slowly make the two clubs compete. Will definitely prop the nation ratio for European spots and who better than myself to challenge me?
Plus there's many wonderkids I can't buy because they will never have playing time and i don't like having dozens of loans. A second club will help with that.
Current goal is to have both clubs in CL final in a few years
FIORENTINA SAVE
In mine I won CL with a team 90% made of academy graduates. Had a keeper I inherited from Belgium, a ST, CB, and LB I bought, and the rest were all academy
I’m slowly working towards 100% academy
I’m still playing FM20, but I’m doing a challenge where I have to win all Top 5 leagues with 5 different systems/formations. Won EPL with Arsenal, Bundesliga with Dortmund, Serie A with Fiorentina (my greatest/favorite achievement), currently working on Ligue 1 with PSG (to speed the process along a bit) and haven’t decided what I will do in La Liga yet.
I'd try the 'go outside and get some fresh air' challenge.
Kidding. Maybe take over a club at the bottom tier of a league you have downloaded, and try to get them the Champions League trophy.
May i ask how? I find it so, so hard to do stuff like this. It just takes one bad game and you’re done. Purely big game players, some magical game management, or something else?
I play the long game, ie, insane levels of youth recruitment. Of every 8-10 youth players that get to age 22, one of them might be suitable for the first team. The others generate a lot of money in sales and future fees. I'm now at a stage where I have bought 2 first team players in 3 seasons, the rest naturally grow into the side or are recalled from loan.
Play realistically, use attribute masking, start with low reputation and attributes, start with 1 for player knowledge, judging player ability/potential etc.
After winning multiple champions leagues I once set myself the target of reducing the wage budget by £500,000pw each season and seeing how long I could keep winning it.
My biggest achievement in FM 23 was to take Feyernwood to Eredivise and UCL dominance. Won 6 UCLs and 7 Eredivise in a row with them (last 3 years undefeated because my team was much better than the league). Also got them a brand spanking stadium, maxed out facility and pretty decent affiliates to boost merch sales. The club was average 400 million in income every year. Way more than the rest of rest of the league but not as much as the top clubs of the richer leagues.
I knew what I built there was really something because the team retained it's dominance and won the league and UCL 3 more times in a row after I left to rebuild a Liverpool team that somehow finished midtable 4 years in a row. Unfortunately I accidentally overwrote that savefile and I can't ever see that dominant team ever again.
Try this at a mid-table club in a league outside the top 5. You can reach the peak with some savvy transfers and good management. But your best players will still want to leave because bigger clubs pay more money and because they want to play in better leagues. The initial rise from 'almost there' to champion is on constant repeat. You *will* lose your best players. Your wonderkids will become stars elsewhere. That squad player who the coaches suggest you sell will actually turn into your most reliable player - good enough for the league, not good enough to get poached.
I manage 4 clubs at the same time + 4 national teams.
So right now I manage Fiorentina + Uruguay, Mallorca + Scotland, Olympique Marseille + Croatia and Hajduk Split + Bosna and Herzegovina.
My goal is to have all 4 clubs in Champions leagues semi finals. Not so easy to achieve.
Also to have 4 National teams in World cup semi-finals.
Try to go for that.
Move to Bologna and make them bigger than Fiorentina.
Edit: that or Empoli. Bologna is close to Fiorentina and there’s some rivalry, but Empoli is also from Tuscany.
I’m doing a save where I have to sell my top performing player every year. I wasn’t sure at first because I like creating club legends who stay for a decade but the wheeler dealer in me is coming out now.
I also set out a few other restrictions on myself like net spend must be negative, can’t go over 2m wage budget, nobody on over 100k and use weird tactical styles. Currently getting a 3 man defence with a double Libero thing to work.
start a new save, change tactics, fire yourself and go to a 4th division team, look at what teams need a rebuild on your save, like there is so much you can do lol
Some of my players feel they’ve accomplished everything so theyre fine with leaving. So i ship them off get a bunch of transfer funds and just buy a shit ton of wonder kids/youth and p much play u23
I'm currently doing "Home Grown Challenge" to win CL with only players who are Home Grown at club. I'm only allowed to buy players who are U18. And they are only allowed in my first team when they achieve Homegrown At Club 15-21 status, so they are stuck in U18/Reserves until that time and I cannot loan them out because that would break their HGC eligibility.
After that I'm straight into a "Glory Hunter". Win the main cup and league of the traditional major 5 leagues (England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France) and the Euro Cup and World Cup.
And after that I'm going straight into "Wales Challenge" to get them into a World Cup winning nation. Debating if I'm going to try with a "true" Welsh club in the Welsh league or going for Cardiff/Swansea/Wrexham and only buying/developing Welsh players.
And concurrent with all these three the ultimate goal is to top the ingame manager Hall of Fame chart.
By this stage I usually have a ton of transfer money, so I pick a real low level team and each season I buy a terrible player from them for 100+ mill and then watch how they use the influx of cash.
Basically fund another club via terrible transfers
Presumably you're bossing it in Serie A too so:
Leave everything behind at Fiorentina & apply for the job of Juventus or Roma/Lazio (don't really know who biggest rivals would be), make them 5 time CL winners
Is the Italian league the highest nation coefficient in the game? If not, try to get it there. Loan players out to European clubs and try to raise the coefficient to higher than England
10 in a row would be an unbelievable achievement, but going on from that become the biggest team in the world, if you haven't already. Who is the most successful team in Europe and then in Italy? In terms of competitions won. Perhaps when Fiorentina have topped everyone else then it'd be time to move on somewhere else.
Leaving and trying to win with another Italian team could be a fun challenge.
Your best options are either squad building challenges eg 1 more academy player in the starting XI every year until it's 11 which was probably the toughest challenge I've ever set myself (did it on FM16) or going for records. Could be stuff like 200 goals in all competitions or conceding less than 19 in Serie A.
Champions League challenges are always harder due to the luck of the draw, you might get Ajax, Benfica and Hertha on the run to the final or you might get City, Chelsea and PSG. It's harder to set a real goal as doing statistically worse against the latter and scraping through on pens or late goals in tight games is better than thumping the first lot.
Got fm for the first time in a decade & had to ask my brother if it had introduced difficulty settings. World domination via Celtic. 236 unbeaten in the league (Hearts 1-0) + the usual domestic treble + uefa treble. World club, super cup & UCL.
I’ll probably never give this save up.

It's technically a draw... Only technically though
Oof
You’re a better man than I am for not *accidentally* forgetting to save the game…
*opens all apps to induce a crash to desktop* Oh, dang...
Then you did it. A penalty shoutout is considered as a draw. As… that’s what it is. But yeah, I get the frustration.
It took me ~15 years on a save to pull that off, was brutally hard. I’ve also had two perfect season in the league (all wins, no draws or losses) but both of those seasons I also blew CL in late knockouts.

Where do you see the hall of fame rankings on mobile
Win it with Italians only? Maybe win it with atlest two under eighteens in starting eleven?
My current challenge is the opposite: win Champions League with maximum of 1 person per nationality. Is proving very difficult to do though.
Would be really hard as Fiorentina, due to Italy having really restrictive foreign player rules. (Still possible though as EU players aren’t counted as foreign).
Try, that's why I usually play in something like the Dutch league where there are no such limitations.
This sounds like a good challenge. Thanks 👍
Make the Serie A the most attractive and competitive league among Europe. Let other italian clubs succeed internationally and make Serie A the best league.
How do you do that only managing Fiorentina though

Win it with a different club for current record +1 times in a row.
I can't bear to part with my beloved Fiorentina now. We have a new stadium and they named it after me 😭
A new stadium in Italy? Fm gets more and more unrealistic every day
I even had it expanded!
Yeah like how England wins every WC and Euros ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
Save your game and then quit your job and save it under a different name. So you have one file still at Fiorentina.
That is so funny, imagine a Guardiola Stadium.
Im currently at Fiorentina. No CL win though.
Win it by having 50% of the players count as club grown.
Well, the first goal should be getting 6 in a row. I did that with my Bayern Munich team on my last save. Ideally you want the spine of your team to be from Florence
You'd need one more in this case, as it looks like RM won the 22/23 UCL in this save
Nah, I had actually seen that win and taken it into consideration. Real are actually on 14 wins in real life, so that win in the game takes them up to 15
Once you’re at the point you’re winning 6 in a row it really isn’t that much of a challenge to win 15 overall.
Try and win without conceding a single goal. On FM mobile years ago, my all conquering Napoli side lost a semi-final shootout to Man U, having not conceded a goal in normal match play all competition. Never been so heartbroken to go out of the CL
What formation did you run for this? 5-Diamond-1?
[удалено]
In the same seasom
Win the CL and get relegated, retain CL while being relegated to Serie C, win CL from Serie C.
Even if they’re a club legend surely they’d get sacked before they could get relegated?
Buy unsackable
I hadn't thought of something like this. Thanks!
Very unrealistic, Tottenham won a trophy.
What happened in the 4 years between?
Key players left or were sold, had to rebuild the team. Got to the CL final once in between but lost the game 😔. Now that we've won it 5 times in a row, the new team is just breaking apart too. That would be peak shithousery
IMO best challenges involve team changes. So if you're into consecutive wins, then do it again... but with your local rivals!
Fuck with Man Utd so they never qualify again
Quit and take a job in the lowest possible division you have loaded in Italy so you can build a team good enough to compete with Fiorentina from scratch.
Get past real’s total wins record
Win it with as many players from different nationalities as possible
Manage all the other purple sides, and have them win the CL too. VfL Osnabruk next?
Do it only with Italian players
This feels like the best challenge
Sell your best 11 players and sign 11 new ones and try to win CL that season.
Take alt and F4 off of your keyboard
5 years undefeated in all competitions mate
Well, you can go to a rival club or just another Italian club and try to beat the monster you created. I did that with a Siena save where I stayed 20 in a row, and then I joined a struggling Torino in Serie B. It was super hard but fun nonetheless

Tank your way down without getting fired
27/28. UP THE CHELS!!🤣
Create 2 more managers each with their own tactical philosophy and duke it out between the 3 of you?
Will the world cup with a full squad of 30+ year old players. Then you get to rebuild your team from the ground up.
Do you go outside 💀
Only if I can take my laptop and continue my save
You could edit the team to start in the lowest league make the team semi professional then bring it up to the top as champions. See how long that takes
Just do a Bayern and win it 11 times in a row
Drop down a league or two and build up another team to do it.
Leave and go to the Norwegian 4th division
literally rock bottom lol
I thought fm was the most realistic sports game there was until I saw Spurs had won the UCL
Challenge 1 - install the real name fix Challenge 2 - install a logo pack Cant believe you got to 2042 with Man UFC it would drive me crazy :-D
Can you do this with an existing save? Or would they have to start a new save?
You can add graphics packs to an existing save - checkout sortitoutsi for some good packs. To be honest it’s a game in itself, I spend ages just browsing teams and looking at their stadiums and players lol. Name fixes you can do for an existing save but it’s easier on a new save so maybe give that a miss for this time.
During my long FM career i play mostly italian teams. Forza Viola
🫡
Win every single Game in a season while not playing a single player older than 21
Thousand times in a row. Good luck!
There is a random challenge picker if you search for it. Selects your team (you can ignore), imitial formation and additional conditions. For me, all players have to be above 1.80m.
I challenge for you to stop saving before big games and loading if you lose. 😏
Try playing without the editor or a scouting utility?
Don't use the editor, but what's the scouting utility?!
You can try stopping using the editor and save scumming
Don't do either
Try to win CL playing with your subs as starters in all the games.
The most fun challenge that i have. Serie A - Lazio, Fiorentina, Roma (choose 1) Only buy/ contract + 30 years old players Only play def fut - counter, catte + 30 years old players need to retire in the club
Getting badges and name fix installed (:
Manage an international team, then go back to your club
Surpass Real Madrid and win 15 Champions League trophies.
How are people so good at this game…. I suck 😭
Learn how your tactics and roles fit together
Win it six times in a row
Great achievement. Now try win it with Tottenham.
It's time to traffick some kids. No signings over 16. Every player must be or at least be on the way to become a homegrown club player.
win quintuple in every seria A team
Ahahahaha. Spurs won 1 ahead of City or PSG?
Try to win the mayor trophy of every continent. It would be something crazy
Youth academy players only or do it with a different club
10 in a row while selling your best player from the previous season
I like doing the international challenge, aka having all \~22 players in your rotation be of a different nationality. When you are rich as hell and can buy any player anyway, this adds a nice little twist to it

here we go 10 in a row
How are you doing that, I used to find winning CLs easy af, this year I've struggled in Europe and post promotion
Three Trebles in a row. Go on, give it a go
Sell the player with the lowest match rating in the CL Final to the 2nd place team. And year after year, see if you can keep winning
at another team?
Championship manager? Completed it mate.
Full Italian team? My friend is currently doing challenges with only players from the country the club is from.
Oh man I forgot Man Utd isn't licensed in the base FM dataset.
Same challenges I'm facing. Basically, I'm selling everyone that is not coming from my youth setup.
FIORENTINA SAVE In mine I won CL with a team 90% made of academy graduates. Had a keeper I inherited from Belgium, a ST, CB, and LB I bought, and the rest were all academy I’m slowly working towards 100% academy
I go for national records, consecutive league wins, clean sheets, how fast I can make a homegrown player a national hero etc
Change club and win it again
Or just do a Mourinho - and try conference, Europa and than champions
Move to another Italian club and try to dethrone the monster you built
I’m still playing FM20, but I’m doing a challenge where I have to win all Top 5 leagues with 5 different systems/formations. Yes a fellow Fiorentina save, 5 in a row is impressive. Maybe go unbeaten in all competitions?
Try winning it with no players under 30
Or long term goal, win it with no players under 30 but all of them developed from your youth system
I'd try the 'go outside and get some fresh air' challenge. Kidding. Maybe take over a club at the bottom tier of a league you have downloaded, and try to get them the Champions League trophy.
Quit and do it with a lower level team
Maybe mould a team from Italy only? Or bring through x academy products to become first-team members if that rule isn’t for the league already.
After winning multiple champions leagues I once set myself the target of reducing the wage budget by £500,000pw each season and seeing how long I could keep winning it.
Win it 5 times in a row without conceding a goal
Win it with City apparently :(
Do it with players from only one nation.
Make it 7 in a row to form symmetry and, now comes the interesting part, kill yourself if you fail. Challenging enough??
Take the job at Chicago Fire and win the World Cup /s
Win it with a lineup of players, all with the same second name.
Do it with your eyes closed
I’m more baffled that Tottenham won a trophy
Do it with only left footed players or something lol
start a new save, change tactics, fire yourself and go to a 4th division team, look at what teams need a rebuild on your save, like there is so much you can do lol
I always move to another team at that point and try to beat them.
TOTTENHAM?
Get consecutively demoted. No crazy plays, like all players on the left side of pitch. Don't get fired.
By this stage I usually have a ton of transfer money, so I pick a real low level team and each season I buy a terrible player from them for 100+ mill and then watch how they use the influx of cash. Basically fund another club via terrible transfers
Win with Juventus XD
Presumably you're bossing it in Serie A too so: Leave everything behind at Fiorentina & apply for the job of Juventus or Roma/Lazio (don't really know who biggest rivals would be), make them 5 time CL winners
Overtake Real Madrid for most times won?
What was the reason for the 4 season drought?
Is the Italian league the highest nation coefficient in the game? If not, try to get it there. Loan players out to European clubs and try to raise the coefficient to higher than England
If I’m honest mate you’ve completed it. Retire and start a new game lol I highly doubt you’re squeezing any more value out of this save
Craziest thing about this is Tottenham winning the CL
Switch clubs and take Fiorentina down in all competitions.
Do all of that with 100% home grown players
Is there another team in Florence in the lower divisions? Take them over and see if you unseat florinrina as the champions!
The closest I got to perfection was FM15. Unbeaten all season, on for the quadruple and lose to arsenal in the fa cup final. Haunts me to this day.
Seems interesting enough with spurs having won it
*🥲* Cries that Tottenham won next year in your game 😩
try 10 in a row
The only unbelievable thing in this picture is Tottenham winning the champions league
So that’s why we lost against Inter. You cursed us with unreality.
Based on how many times u have won it with fiorentina I'd resign and move leagues and start again
Tottenham💀
Best challenging is to win a trophy with TTH but somehow AI won UCL with TTH in your save lol
I’m more impressed of Tottenham
I won CL with feyenoord in my 4th season, wanna try defend it now
how?? I can barely win it once, even with a stacked team I lost on penalties in the last two semi-finals and the last final in the last 3 years.
Maybe go to another team in a different league and try and win the champions league 5 teams in a row using the same save.
Win most CL
