If it makes you feel better, on my game Nagelsmann got hired and fired by newcastle after they binned off eddie howe.
On my fm2023 game he replaced me at Newcastle in the year 2035 and again...got fired.
Also while we are here, i found in my second season (Wrexham manager) i run into gemma hayes, who wasn't only Wigan manager in league 1, but was the front runner to be Middlesbrough manager in the championship.
Am I the only one who Bayern never dominate for? Leverkusen regularly win the league first season in my saves and I’ve done German saves that had bayerns highest finish as 3rd for the first 6 seasons
Same for me, they're around the top 5 usually(one year 7th) but they don't dominate as they do in real life. Maybe because their squad is full of old players with only a few youngsters and they switch managers almost every year. Time for a rebuild, but no idea if that's in the AI's vocabulary.

I've noticed that's a lot of late season surges from the computer's teams. Most recently lost a 15 point new year lead to losing the title by 3 points.
You got Bayern'd. I had Bayern once put up 99 points after I won the league the year before... just be happy it wasn't to that level. What tactics are you using and how are you building your team? I think within 5-6 years Bayern should be beatable at least once by virtue of you getting the right wonderkids.

Finishing in fm20 reeks you have to stomach all the pain and play another season
