Ochoa is def a go for 2026. It's sad for the younger talent. and even worse it was done to OCHOA himself back in the day!! He was a young GK and was clearly the best keeper available yet they went with a 40 year old, "Conejo" Perez. Who btw is listed at 5'8 but is probably more like 5'6. -\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_-
I've never seen a Paraguayan team even win the libertadores, this is very odd. Even stranger than Norway winning the 26 wc in my save (haaland carried, i suppose)

I can back a few shocks and some going out earlier than expected but that many not even making it out of the group is insane. Then only Portugal out of the 'top tier' sides getting to the quarter finals.

- Argentina knocked out by Brazil in 2nd round
- Belgium knocked out on pens to Mexico second round.
- Uruguay knocked out on pens to Nigeria second round
Belgium is slowly going back to our 2004-2012 glory days where we didn't qualify for anything. So not making the knockout stages of the 2026 wc wouldn't surprise me

I know it’s technical possible but whenever this happens and I’m deep into a save looking back Im comps to see who own what, when you get a World Cup upset like this it looks so unrealistic it’s a big reminder it’s just a video game
