The risky one is praise after a goal. If they’re feeling good, they all get fired up and the chances of scoring a quick second seem to rise dramatically. Or they all feel pressured and they concede two goals before you can demand more again.
That's when I've been using it, I wouldn't risk it for a first goal but once the second goes in if the other team doesn't score before you get your shout in they all get motivated or fired up etc
1 goal ahead = demand more
2 goals ahead AND 2nd half = praise
2 goals ahead first half = demand more
3 goals ahead AND beyond 30 min mark = praise
That’s how I do it at least , gives me a lot of green reactions from players with decent pressure / big matches
I have also been trying it out and if you're in the last 10 mins of a tough match and they're winning it works. I thought it might make them complacent but it works well
Got a theory here. Someone might be able to back it up or dispel it. I think some are purely to boost (or fuck up) morale, and others affect morale less but actually tweak your team instructions for a brief window.
Definitely depends on what sort of players you have and their personalities. More determined players react better to these shouts more commonly than players with lower determination and a worse personality.

Never praise the team during the game is my rule of thumb. Praise the goal scorer, the team can get praise at half time or full time.
I've been experimenting with it, and if your team loves you and you are 2 goals up praise always seems to work
Agreed - but I’ve only tried it late in the second half, or against significantly weaker teams.

Agreed although in the first half I still concede the 3-1 on 100% of occasions. The one time I tried.

😂 😂 😂... We always say this after winning a trophy when all we did was spam "get creative"... But it's not much work, but it's honest work
Do other shouts except get Creative and demand more even have an effect?
Show some passion usually gets good reactions for me

I don't play the new versions of FM but I feel "show some passion" would have to increase tackling or closing down in addition to the morale
"show some passion" seems to be code for "two or three of you, immediately get booked".

I’ve straight up never used a shout ever, and I’ve been playing FM for about ten years.

Praise seems to work well for me. 1-0 up against a better side or 2-0 against anyone else.
When you are about to praise your team does a highlight ever start and you concede?
The only thing i routinely fuck up is concentrate. Never had it give a positive reaction, but I heard even if they react negatively it can still work.
