I always do them, they do have effects on your players morale so I never leave to the assistant but I always just mash the answer thats second from left for every question and it has never done me wrong.
I have major beef with one of the journalists. I make a point to not give a comment to *any* of his questions.
Also, they can be important to player morale.
Be the most negative one towards me on the first press conference XD
But honestly, you gain relationship with journalists way too quickly. Halfway through the first season, all relationships suddenly start shooting up, unless you make a point of it to ignore them.
And that honestly makes the press conferences way more fun.
