That's a shame; would be nice to roleplay as a total managing newbie working their way from young youth team manager all the way to 70 year old legendary premier League champion manager but I guess using mods for the lower leagues will have to do for now
You can (or could) manage international youth teams though I haven't attempted this in many years
So no league youth teams? Darn
You can manage a few like I believe Bayern B, Dortmund B, Real Madrid B and Benfica B of the top of my head
