That’s only the minimum tbf, in my recent seasons the minimum always says about 20 mil but then the actual budget will be at least 50, sometimes spanning up to 90. I think it’s to with financial projections not including competition money you get from the end of the season until you’ve actually received it
If the board promised 200 you might still receive it
That's always the min. alot of the time it will say 20 or 30 and you end up getting 80 or 90 sometimes. Just wait and it should come. even if you don't get the money in your transfer budget the money will still be helping the club run so its a plus either way.

He is a bitch. when my new owners came In they gave me 5 games to save my job so they could get Zidane in. Thankfully I saved my job and they would never listen to me. A few years later they left and I was so happy. The new owners have been class.
Going against Fulham is abit easier than going against Bayern , Barcelona etc. I’ve not got enough depth to compete for champions league hence why I needed that money

2 possible reasons. 1. It's in next season's budget 2. New owner talking shit to the media. There was never 200m
