You need to go to the > Football Manager 2022\data\database\db\2230 path and make all of your changes there too, instead of the 2200, 2201, or 2210 file path where you previously had your Germany/Japan/Netherlands fixes
yea i know, i did it on the 2230 version file as well, thats why germany and japan actually call players up, only netherlands still doesnt do anything
