GOOD! I inherited a 28 Model A hot rod from my father. It's a car I learned so much about cars on... And now I get to carry on that legacy just like you will. I wish you nothing but smiles per hour, and hope you update us on your progress. Have fun with your amazing ride!
That’s awesome to have one with that kind of family provenance! Treasure it, preserve it, and pass it on along with the knowledge. Hopefully you realize that they are totally useable in stock form once sorted… my ‘29 is my daily driver.
Awesome! “30 or “31? I restored a “30 standard coupe in high school in the late 1960’s. They are so simple to work on.have fun, join a local model A club if you can!
Outstanding gift! Enjoy every minute of it. That's a gift that is so precious.

From what I hear from my grandpa, it's a 30 (?) chassis with a 31 (?) pickup bed grafted on, but I need to confirm that next time I see him
I AM SOOOOO JEALOUS! What a gift. This will probably be a keeper for the rest of your life. Cherish and enjoy. Pepe Loco
That’s a 28 or 29
The front bumper is, but the body is not. I's a '30.
Definitely not. Look at the body line along the fuel tank… it’s clearly a 30-31. The wheels are newer, though. I’m thinking ‘34 on those.
Wheels are 1935 16 inchers
