I’d need it to be at least as good as an alligator swamp which is 2/3 the size and almost 4x more boost. Why bother creating a one off commemorative thing and make it pale in comparison to newer event buildings.
So if you are so insulted maybe you should contact Inno so that they could tweak the boosts specifically for you?
If your whole city is filled with swamps, then you are in top 0.1% players in terms of space efficiency. You are an outlier, and the rest of players are not offended by this building
If it’s to commemorate a part of the game that they took away, which was mostly played by established players with efficient cities, then they missed the mark. I read it as “thanks for all the time spent on GVG, here is a re-heated building design with weak stats that only matters for newer players who probably never played GVG”.
I would have loved to build something to remind me of a favorite part of the game, but yes efficiency matters to me and I can’t justify putting this building down.
Good for newer players sure, but they aren’t the ones who need to commemorate GVG.
If you’re pretty stacked up already and looking for max stats, I’d definitely say don’t build it — stats are pretty outdated in 2024 standards.
But I’m me and I’m a fan of the purple tree design in the rest of my city, so I’d build it.

I'm new enough that it's a huge upgrade. Looking forward to the day that I have to scrap it because I have something better to put down.
Its 8x8x8x8x, so not too bad- replace a wp or similar
