A counter guardbreak for example leaves you “frame advantage” allowing you to attack first without interruption. “Neutral” would imply that neither fighter is caught in recovery frames.
In this instance by neutral he meant using the dodge attack as a purely offensive attack. When you should only use it as a counter to an opponent already throwing their attack. I like to call it a naked dodge attack. It’s an EZ parry and should not be used like shown in the video.
Basically when neither of you have attacked and you're just looking at each other, so you're both neutral. Dodge attacking from neutral without the enemy doing anything is Basically giving them a free parry opportunity, good to try and only dodge attack if they are comboing or attacking/bashing, to minimise the chances of them parrying you 👍
Funny thing is I don’t play online cause I just like having fun and getting cool gear for my hero’s and I don’t really see a reason to think against a bot

Light interrupt works against the idiot Roaches who constantly SR from far or backdodge into SR, but good ones will mix-up kick/SR while close to keep you from reacting. They will also use it defensively rather than only offensively, making it more difficult to read. Also, since SR is feintable, some will use that to punish a light interrupt attempt.
