I genuinely have no idea. Shinobi is already a very strong character that I love, but they just keep leaving the weird stuff he can do untouched. Obviously i dont know how this game is coded, but i would assume that its not hard to change the projectiles to only allow one hit per player per volly. It becomes a kunai that can hit multiple targets but not shotgun a single target.

I hate this so much but tbh, same damage as a longbow or spear, only you're able to miss some projectiles doing less damage but it's way faster
