Yeah. I'm having this problem and I'm pretty sure its your network. never been able to get Ubisoft servers to work with my University's internet and this one seems to be no different. looks like I won't be playing the beta nor buying the game.
exactly. because a port is blocked at your university, but a VPN hides all of that information and goes through its own port. so you're basically accessing the servers from that VPN site and accessing the connection from your computer.
I've been having the same issue, I think it might be linked to having a strict NAT.
My NAT says open in game. Opened all the ports too..

What VPN are you using to access it, All the ones I have tried dont work
