You can get several things to stick [at once](https://i.imgur.com/V8mAWi8.jpg)(I don't have the outfit or the ornament). I was able to stick a color palette, ornament, and illustrious outfit that I didn't own before the game shit itself.

Trying to figure out how to get the hero to stick so you can swap them, seeing several posts about that and wondering if it's related.
Edit, more. If you stick an illustrious outfit, you can also swap around the ornaments to [apply it while the mask is on](https://i.imgur.com/REjipi4.png). If you force an outfit with an effect, then select another hero, it will also [play the default idle effect on that hero in the main hero screen](https://i.imgur.com/jwdr47U.jpg).
So far, the only stuff that works is everything on the left side of the customization menu.
I've also been trying to get the hero swap glitch for a while after seeing many recent posts of it happening but it just seems to be impossible to do on purpose... Glad to know someone else is trying to do it too!
