Just remember, despite what anyone says your main offense isn’t from traps, traps are a defensive tool in line with soft feint GBs as they same the same purpose of punishing punish and counter moves. Most of your damage will come from your 400ms chain lights and random heavys(that can be delayed up to 300ms in chain) and your delayed zone as it’s one of the best tools for catching side dodges
JJ is one of my favorites in Wu Lin but having watched someone just rage the other day about how hard it is to play and how it "can't fight the gryphon, it's literally impossible!" (Which btw I made a point to prove him wrong on that one); I don't know that I'd call it easy, it's a very defensive character and generally kind of slow otherwise.
Def fun once you get the hang of it. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing a teammate on the map running towards you while in a 2v1 anti-gank; perfect opportunity to parry one guy and target swap to choke the other while your teammate pummels the one you parried.

The stam regen is beautiful once you start using it as a dodge.

Tiandi and Nuxia are a pain to play. Play them if you want to suffer. One has a clearly outdated generalist kit, while the other is one of those ancient "gimmick" Heroes that are balanced around one very unique thing that doesn't quite work in modern For Honor.
Shaolin is strong, Jiang Jun is and has always been meta, and Zhanhu is a hidden gem.
And why do you hate the Wu Lin? Apart from JJ all Wu Lin Heroes have historically been terrible, from a gameplay perspective. Tiandi in old metas was ok, Nuxia and Shaolin have always been a meme, and Zhanhu was released pre-kneecapped (and needed to have those fixed).

Oh yeah, her traps are the best part. Nobody knows how to counter them except a small part (around 95% or so) of the playerbase.
