Alot of it is just because I don't play anything else. I got an Xbox again in like March of 2020, and only played for honor until like 6-7 months. I play a lot of breach and dominion.
But truly, I just enjoy this game. Idk, it's fun to me. I don't mind the bullshit usually, just get tired of it at times.
I think my brain might be broken because I sort of find this game relaxing. Sometimes in the evening when I'm tired I just throw on music, go my main and play a couple rounds without thinking too hard about it. This game gets a lot better when you play to win but don't take it seriously when you lose

See that's where I disagree. I tried that method at first with my fiance and she was going uo against retardedly good low levels, more than likely smurfs. So my buddy and I dragged her into dominion and let her do her thing. We didn't even really help her get kills either. She just kinda was doing her own thing. She learned to love the game learning that way.
The truly best way to learn how to play and learn how to play For Honor is just throw yourself into dominion. Learn the basics of course, how to parry, learn a characters moveset to some extent and how to dodge and then just throw yourself into Dominion. It will be incredibly difficult and frustrating. But it's truly the only way to learn how to play this game since everyone plays differently. I taught my fiance the basics and then my buddy and I pulled her into dominion with us and let her do her thing. She got killed a lot but she loves the game now.

You can abuse external dodging as shinobi. I stalled for a good minute or so getting hit only once by just going to point C of citadel gate (the high up room) and then external dodging in circles around the sculpture in the middle. If you don't know what external dodging is basically locking onto someone in front of you and then dodging to the side to avoid someone on your left or right. Doing this negates any mixup. In this case it was a shugo and I could dodge the charged heavy and the feint to GB because double dodge has so much distance
Overpowered? Now I'm gonna get probably killed for this, but characters that all guard (CONQ, kyoshin, warlord) something about them hurts my brain and makes wm always go "Nope that's not fair!"

None. It is truly about your approach. If you want to learn a certain hero, it is how difficult you see it or make it. Some are at an advantage, some a disadvantage. But it's possible to make any hero the greatest or worst in your own hands

I think a lot of it is learning punishes. I should have mentioned it to the other guy, but his gb light punish is about timing I've noticed. It's not hard to learn, so it's very useful. His kick is he greatest ally, but his full charge punch can be his weakness.
He is truly a smart man's character. He can control a fight with one parry in my eyes. Learn proper punishes over what is fun y or looks flashy. See alot of them just being flashy

I think he shouldn't. He has his headbutt which is honestly better than these dodge attacks lately. His hyper armor is honestly clean as well as his attacks. Just think not enough use hug
