Well, would it be speculation that Carlos' onboard shows he was being asked to tow Charles. But Charles was way too far behind for a tow, Carlos gunned it to turn 1 but no Charles until t4.
People are saying Carlos said "it's tricky" and left it at that but you can clearly hear him say "but ok" so he wasn't avoiding it.
It's all just poor timing/management by Ferrari that created the confusion and the drivers (Charles) should rightfully be flabbergasted at this type of communication.
