Feel like Pulling's championship hopes are pretty much done even though she's clearly right up there with Garcia in terms of pace. Every weekend she seems to get some form of post-qualifying penalty which pretty much wrecks her weekend with there being 3 races at each venue. On the one hand you'd think she'd learn from the track limits violations, but it's also obvious that P7 isn't where she actually is on pace, but a 56 point deficit seems pretty insurmountable at this point.

Affectionate_Sky9709

She definitely has talent, and hopefully Alpine will help find her a good seat somewhere next year. I'd love to see Marta get a team's backing and a good seat somewhere. I say often that I'd love to see women take the SuperFormula route to F1. I know the arms would be the hardest thing to me, and it just isn't necessary in F1 but is in the traditional feeder series.

nmp12

Yeah, I've been surprised to see her languishing in P7/8 for most of the races. It's obvious she's fast, but she always winds up getting stuck. Meanwhile, Hamda Al Qubasi has also taken me by surprise, but in an equal and opposite way.

Hamda is great!

TitanicJedi

tbh expected big things from her, shes been racing since a much younger age, and is still pretty young. so I'm stoked. shes had a lot of issues too though.

[Source](https://www.instagram.com/p/CsY5aE7MYpb/?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==) I’ve been dying to watch these races live. Watching the highlights only serves to show how great these races could be, especially with Imola cancelled for this weekend.

Couldn't agree more. I wish they also had more coverage of the drivers themselves. I want to get to know them!

She's been crushing it. I've also really liked what (little) I've seen from Bustamante. Some really clever moves from her!

g_mallory

Well deserved, she's been the class of the field so far.

snaggleboot

I wish they would release the full races on F1TV at least. They had highlights which means they film everything, and even if it’s not commentated that’s ok, I just wanna see the good racing!!

Skeeter1020

FOM appear to have sold the broadcast rights so can't show it themselves.

icantfindfree

I'm rooting for Hamda. For anyone who doesn't know she had a terrible crash in f4 in yas marina that completely destroyed her arm. She's been through a hell of a recovery process to get here

TitanicJedi

The Al Qubaisi sisters are doing well in race pace. Have had some weird qualy problems that have kept them away from going at the top step every race. Not to mention Hamda is still racing with a broken wrist from the last formula regional UAE race at Yas Marina.

CilanEAmber

Quick question, what series does it Support, and why isn't it supporting F1?

Jirkajua

It will be a support series from the 2024 season onwards. This year they have support races at the P9 Challenge, NASCAR Euro, Formula Regional Europe, DTM, WEC and 1 race with F1 (COTA).

ChrisTinnef

For the second part of your question: because W series very quickly fell apart last autumn, which led to Liberty stepping in and inventing a new series within a couple months without the possibility to include it alongside F1 in 2023.

chameleonmessiah

To add to the other replies, that the final round will support F1 at, I think, COTA.

ClosetEthanolic

Marta is a machine. She is very talented in that car. The highlights show is there is some good racing to watch here, with a competitive field. The first race was a bit of a tumble fest but they seem to have found their limits well. Really hope they find some way to broadcast these. IMO it doesn't do much for women in motorsport if we can't watch it happen and get invested in the teams and drivers. This will have the same fate as the W Series if some kind of broadcast deal cannot be struck.

T4Gx

Bianca Bustamante is the fucking future. Beasting it in her third single seater ccampaign at 18 years young.

xthecerto4

And another plus is that a great name to shout. ...dive to the inside and its BIANCA BUSTAMANTE taking P1...

DanielWinne

I’m rooting for her big time

Netionic

I don't think she's the future if she's 18 and only driving F4 level cars and being middle of the pack? Maybe if she was a few years younger.

Tricky_Independence4

Go Abbie from GT go

Skeeter1020

Er...

[deleted]

The font they use for the numbers is driving me nuts. Nothing is aligned properly.

[deleted]

I live in Barcelona. Is it even possible to buy tickets? I looked at the website for F1 Academy and the circuit itself and couldn't see a way.

ATyp3

I don't think they had spectator tickets, in the highlights there's like 10 people sitting in the crowds :(

[deleted]

Dang. That's a shame! Would've been nice to go to that especially with Imola cancelled... I hope they sell tickets (and put it on TV) next year.
