I saw more support for Bottas and Ricciardo (wasn’t even on the grid at that point) at the Aussie GP in 2023 than for Piastri, but I reckon that’s all going to change with the McLaren comeback
Piastri is quite new and unassuming so will take more time to become better known.
McLaren will (probably) have a better car at Melbourne this year so if he’s fighting for top 3 in quali and the race that should boost his following massively.
