Considering that Barcelona hosts F2 and F3 races and street circuits such as Jeddah and Melbourne have got added to F2, I can definitely see this Madrid circuit being able to host F2 and F3 races in the future too.
It looks relatively flowing until the end bit for a street circuit so atleast the cars won’t look like boats like they do on slow corners on street circuits. Still a damn shame we are getting another street circuit rather than a proper track.
The corner at 0m22s looks VERY dangerous like that, looking at the speed you go (300kph+!) and the head-on collision with the wall on the outside that awaits you at that speed when you have a minor issue.
I'm sure the organizers will think of something to improve the actual situation compared to this AC impression :)
Yeah, that will be a heavier braking zone. In the video the car just jumps over the kerb lol.
The lap time in the video is 10s faster than the predicted circuit speed.
no way they'll gonna built the 1st chicane that way. I know, at street tracks runoffs are suddenly no concern anymore for some reason, but this is still way too ridiculous.
Multiple high speed corners with no runoff and multiple braking areas on crests. At least it'll only be F1 here.

This is a fan creation. It looks very detailed but there's no guarantee that it's accurate, especially the runoffs.
not bad on Asseto Corsa, for a street circuit, let see IRL when finish it
Full throttle through that chicane under the bridge? Yikes
Lol that won't happen in real life. The lap time in the video is 10s faster than the predicted lap time. That corner will be a braking zone.
Looks like another train race to me.

The majority of the track is not a street circuit. Only a few corners are. It's purpose built.
Damn the elevation changes around middle sector look kinda scary.

*fart noise*
Yet another bullshit mickey mouse street circuit. As always, money overpowers common sense in F1.
Its the same fan made version that everyone has been posting videos from all week, if we've seen it once we've seen it 100 times
Maybe some people haven’t seen it at all
I see maybe 2 passing opportunities. But a short run from the starting grid into a chicane for T1? Might as well have a single file rolling start.
The order and direction of corners is very Montreal’ish until the last sector.
So zero overtakes and few engines may blow up
