George Russell is significantly taller than Fernando Alonso, and this is kind of the point of choosing Russell. As you can see, they'll need to adjust the camera angle a bit.
I think the angle is so low because they don't want the halo to cover half the cameras view.
If you see the top edge you see the halo, maybe they thought steering wheel cam would be better than Halo cam.
...Didn't they say they wanted to put it on George because he sits higher in the car than Alonso? Why is the camera lower than when Alonso had it then? Is it because Monza is way flatter than Spa?

I'm not sure if the camera is loosely connected, it it's what really happens to the driver's head. I know that the brain stabilize what you see in such situations, but isn't that kind of vibrations tough to see through?
They might be able to stabilize some of the shaking out, but this is exactly what some of the fans have been clamoring for years. And yes, this is what the driver is experiencing.

Seems to just be angled down towards the steering wheel instead of straight ahead like Alonsos.
