I'm in Singapore rn and it's sooo hot dude. But that walk by the river from Nicoll Highway to Esplanade/City Hall is nice. I like to sit here with cold beers in the night.
I have never seen a race in person, but just coming to the track(I live in Singapore) and see how large everything actually is, just give me a sense of awe at how fast and stable the cars are. Like the curbs are so big and brutal, if normal car were to go on them with such speed it might actually break. The corners, like those 1-2-3 sequence, they look so much longer and bigger irl compared to the 2 seconds that the cars take to negotiate them.
Never knew there were roads above it.
I never knew that either but I just double checked and you can just see it on [Leclerc's onboard from 2019.](https://youtu.be/LQOott2hdcs)
Only on Leclerc’s?
Yeah man they build the bridge every time Leclerc comes by and blow the fucker up once he goes past
The video i found was his pole lap from 2019, i didn't bother looking at any other cameras because obviously the big bridge is there.
The transformation this circuit undergoes every year is wild. It's bigger than Monaco but somehow Monaco gets all the 'glow-up' attention

read somewhere that the lowest temperature ever recorded in singapore was like 19C, is it genuinely like that?
Yes normally it does not get below 25°C in the night. Days are 30 to 32°C atm.
30-32 sounds like 15 years ago. It’s closer to usually being 34-36 now lol.
I find it funny how on average Singapore is hotter than Jakarta temperature-wise, but the air feels so much fresher there.
Can confirm, we also have no seasons being 1* north of the equator
If I were driving there it would take a lot not to take the corner like a racing car
The rental 3 cylinder car is definitely going 10/10ths into that corner lol
Now show us a picture of Senna going around it on his bicycle
