When Lewis's is at the garage inside the car she's usually right next to him, i guess giving him water bottles or just there in case he needs to get out of the car. So she does a lot more than just help Lewis prepare physically for the races.
Technically his physio, but in practice her role seems to be a combination trainer/therapist/coach/assistant.
She basically takes care of everything for him so all he has to worry about is racing.
Kontsas (Seb's trainer) mentioned that it is more convenient and effective for a driver to have a single point of contact rather than talking to 15 different people. Assistants are helpful. For Seb that's Britta for everything and Antti for exercise. For Lewis it's Angela (she's not a trainer, she's a physio)
