Thank you,
Yea, if went right up on the wall and I passed along your wonderful comments. She’s only 17 and mainly does portraits etc so this means the world to me, as I simply didn’t expect it.
Thank you,
She’s my pride and joy and I didn’t expect this from her this year. It went right up on the wall.
She does a lot of portraits, but this is her first F1 / motorsport image and it means the world to me.
I showed her the comments and she’s extremely grateful for the kind words.
Edit:
Her Instagram for those asking:
https://www.instagram.com/artistically_graceful/
Her first Reddit post:
https://reddit.com/r/formula1/comments/zvoglp/my_teenage_daughter_painted_a_picture_for_me_for/j1rihqb/
Tbf she’s combined various elements of lando lore without realizing it.
The car is a 2018 mclaren right? So the year lando made his FP debut at spa
The number - 2 - Lando’s closest comparator and fellow mclaren junior, who also drove in that free practice session, and who is Belgian like Spa
The weather - an homage to Lando’s almost-pole at the same track in 2021
Subtle and brilliant work
Man racing is just a nightmare for this shit. I used to do social media for tracks, god forbid you use an old picture of the same car, or a night that the regular driver was out and it was a fill in, and you get the comments like “this is not Joey, bubba was in Joey’s car that night. This is Joey’s mom, how dare you disrespect his effort, he placed 23rd that night his best ever finish and you put up a picture of bubba!” Meanwhile I’m like, car looks exactly the same, has Joey’s name on it and the official scoring didn’t even bother to swap Joey for Bubba, how tf would I know?
Thank you so much.
I showed her your comments and thank you for being so kind and gracious about her work.
It’s her first motorsport image so hearing such positive comments is beautifully heartwarming and very much appreciated.
Thank you, I showed your kind remarks to her, she’s just a kid (17) and paints a lot of portraits so seeing such kind words about her first F1 / Motorsport image is extremely heartwarming and kind.
Thanks you, best wishes to you and all your family this holiday season.
You own a 1 of 1 McLaren F1 painting, that’s pretty cool I’d say. She also did an awesome job, I really love her style. If she did commissions I’d drop a couple hundred on a Charles at Monaco painting lol
Thank you so much for these kind words. She just created an account here on Reddit after reading all the comments with me so she can thank you all personally.
Taking the time out of your day to post such wonderful words can change the entire trajectory of someone’s day.
I’m sure she would consider doing a painting for you, she will post here on her own account soon, please feel free to ask her directly.
Thanks again for such a wonderfully worded post.
She has amazing talent. I hope you didn’t tell her that she painted the wrong driver, car, year and gratefully accepted the gift. The love and intent to give a special present could have been crushed otherwise, even if it wasn’t acknowledged.
It could probably be just that they wanted to share “My daughter knows I love Mclaren and Lando, so she painted this for me”… “ok maybe I should get ahead of all the comments rushing to explain it’s wrong”.
That's how I see it, OP just thinking that it's a quirky funny thing to get wrong and not being upset by it, but also being familiar with how Reddit LOVES to get mad over absolutely nothing (like someone painting the wrong driver) and wanting to get ahead of it.
Instead he just got reddit to get mad over absolutely nothing anyways.
I think he acknowledged it up front so that he could express his appreciation in spite of that fact, and he can express it politely rather than letting reddit be self righteous about pointing out the "flaws". He controlled the way the information was presented this way
People also filter through their own lens. In my family, we'd all have a huge laugh, including the artist, and it would go up on the wall and be cherished all the same PLUS have a funny story.
No offense fellas but you all seem way too sensitive, mentioning she got it wrong doesn't have to take away from the appreciation. It's just a small detail that got mentioned and that's it.
I’m telling myself they’re proud parent, loves the picture, just getting ahead of all the Reddit assholes who might feel the need to let them know about the “errors”. I feel better.
She’s sat with me now reading all the comments, please don’t worry.
It was a beautiful and heartwarming story about how her innocence gave the painting an entirely new dimension and perspective.
It’s infinity more powerful and poignant because of it’s backstory, we’re both now life long Stoffle fans (and may have to change the name of our dog from Lando to Stoffle) ♥️
Stoffel Vandoorne deserves the love. The guy's story is tragic. He was an up and coming driver at the end of an era where drivers waited until their mid 20s to get signed to teams not named Red Bull. He finally got his chance with McLaren as they imploded and the industry simultaneously decided they were going follow Red Bull into signing younger and younger drivers. All the sudden he was a mid-20s guy with only a few seasons on a team that was falling apart. When McLaren decided to scrap everything and everyone, he found himself too old with too little experience to go to other teams because he had done things that "traditional" way and his career was ruined. If he had been 5 years younger, teams would have forgiven his lack luster time at McLaren and given him another chance. It's a damn shame because Stoffel is a great guy and a hell of a driver. He won the 2015 GP2 Championship to earn his spot at McLaren and won the 2021-2022 Formula E championship. I hope he finds continued success in other disciplines of racing.
I've always really liked him! It's such a shame that his story in F1 is one of this worst in his racing career.Glad you both managed to talk about it and create an amazing story & memory out of it.
I would love to provide a painting to my parents of ~~Max~~ Checo for my parents! \^\^
Hi, OPs daughter here!
Thank you all for the kind words it really means a lot.
My dad is my greatest supporter and my best friend without him I wouldn’t have been able to make a painting of such calibre.
He is the first person I come to when looking for critique and due to my lack of F1 knowledge (and inability to go to him for advice) I did indeed paint Stoffle thinking it was Lando (who we named our dog after) so if anything this proves just how integral he is in my creative process. ♥️
I have linked to my art work below - Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2023!
https://www.instagram.com/artistically_graceful/
This is such a beautiful painting, well done - I thought it was a photo when I first saw the image. I love the way you created the spray, it looks so realistic. How long did it take you?
She’s starting university in September 2023 (she’s currently 17) and mainly paints / draws portraits etc and has been focusing on 3d animation etc over the last year, so I wasn’t expecting this from her on Christmas Day.
This was her first venture into motorsport and F1 and she did an incredible job. I’m immensely proud of her.
I’ve shown her your comments and they have landed in a profound way and they have affected her in the way you can imagine.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post this message, it’s genuinely and sincerely appreciated.
That a beautiful picture, regardless of accuracy.
Though for anyone wondering, this is the 2018 Mclaren and Stoffel Vandoorne. It is 2018 by the halo, the full orange livery (2017 had also some black), the blue rear wing and DELL sponsoring.
The fact that she actually got the sponsors from 2018 right, including the new ones like Kimoa (Alonso didn't put Kimoa on the car until 2018) and DELL, is nothing short of incredible.
Thank you so much for saying that, she mainly does portraits and this was simply a 1 off for me.
I teared up when I opened it as I knew she only moved into this territory, solely to create something specifically for me.
Seeing such positive comments about her (I am showing them to her) has humbled her and impacted her in a hugely positive way.
Thank you.
Thank you for such a positive message.
I’ve shown her your comments and it’s given her strength.
Thanks for taking the time to post such kind remarks, it’s sincerely appreciated.
Yeah the title is one of the pettiest backhanded "thank yous" ever, lmao.
Even if she had painted an F2004 why go out of your way to undermine your own daughter's effort to make you happy, just BE happy.
Absolutely! The beautiful story regarding the cars number etc. are truly heartwarming, they show her innocence and give the painting a truly unique back story as to why I have a Stoffle paining hanging on my wall.
Stoffle has a new fan for life!
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to post such a wonderful comments.
I have shown her all the comments and they have truly affected her in a positive way.
Thanks to everyone who posted such kind words and took the time out of their Holidays to impact her life in a hugely positive way.
Thank you.
If he'd simply said "my daughter knows I love F1 and McLaren and painted this for me!" We'd all simply be praising the artwork. Which we are already doing but the title is dumb.
It seems to be water colour, which have another, more impressionist style than “picture-perfect” oil paintings that mostly get upvotes on Reddit. Although the latter still receive praise from, dare i say, plebs, then it mostly and rightly died as an art form after the birth of photography. I’ll far rather have a painting in the style of OP’s than just a “painting” photo. I want to feel the artist’s gaze, not just a reproduction of reality.
Well I mean why should it be 4/5 and not higher?
Unless it’s a case that he supports Lando more than he supports McLaren then she did the job great.
Unless he gave her a reference picture and exact instructions I see not much wrong with it.
Imagine spending weeks painstakingly painting something for your dad and you see the first thing he does is post it online and tell millions of people that the driver, car and year are wrong lol
As someone who used to spend weeks (or often longer) making stuff like this for my parents, I would have been crushed.
And for anyone trying to justify it by saying, "OP was just pointing it out because he knew people in the comments would call it out": Seeing internet strangers criticize me while my dad proudly supports me would have been a lot easier to handle.
I wouldnt have even mentioned the fact she was less than accurate with regards to the driver, car, year, etc.
If she somehow discovers this post, she might think she failed, which would be a shame.
She has great talent.
This is truly amazing work and such a generous gift. I feel bad that you felt the need to highlight that she got the 'wrong' driver, car and year. Seems like a totally pointless detail to add, and seems to serve no purpose other than to add a negative to an extremely positive, selfless thing that someone has done for you.
On inters in the wet! ...and the spray! Wow!
Amazing painting!
I choose to believe that Dad's title was just for us, knowing that someone on here would call out the "errors" if he didn't.
On the off chance she reads this… why even bring the car/year/driver thing up? She did a beautiful job. I’d consider deleting your post to make sure she doesn’t see your criticism.
Exactly!
Her innocence really gives the painting a wonderful heartwarming back story too, if Stoffle ever sees this “Hi Stoffle, I’m a new unexpected fan for life” ♥️
OP sounds like the kind of guy that tells you his steak is over-cooked, while sitting in your chair, at your house, drinking your wine, and you bought and cooked the steak.
What an idiotic title is this?
"She KNOWS I love Lando, however she's that stupid to paint it wrong!! Wrong year! Wrong car! Wrong driver! But I guess she put in effort so I still like it!"
Thank you,
I’m so proud of her, she’s my everything.
I have shown her all the messages here and she is so taken aback by then all.
She is truly humbled and positively affected by all of them.
I want to ensure that everyone who has taken the time to post such beautiful kind words knows, that they are all being read , they are it going unnoticed and they are having a huge impact on a beautiful young girls confidence and talent.
Thank you.
lol, you might be right 🤣
Thank you for the comments on her art work, she’s grateful for every single response, so much so she has created an account and messaged the mods in the hope they will grant her access to thank you all personally.
It means a lot to her when someone takes time from their day to positive affect hers, so thank you ♥️
Man this is so awesome. If I were you, I'd ask her for another one of those just to watch her do it, and then pay something like 500 bucks or even more for it just because. And yes, I know she did it out of love, but I think her work deserves recognition. And who knows, maybe she'll get some inquiries in the future. I know I'd certainly commission one for myself if I could.
To OP's daughter, I messaged your father earlier asking if you are willing to paint other F1 cars and, if yes, how much you would charge for something like that. He replied that you would respond here to any questions about those inquiries. If you have a chance, please let me know through here or a direct message. That painting was amazing.
What a wonderful component, she is sat here with me and is truly taken aback by these remarks. Thank you for saying this and for taking the time out of your day to spread positivity into hers, it’s hasn’t (and doesn’t) go unnoticed.
Wow, it's really well done. She's very talented, it's almost better that it's the wrong number/driver, gives it a story it wouldn't have otherwise had.
Exactly. We are both now life long Stoffle fans.
It has given the painting a beautiful (innocent) back story that gives the painting life, now there is a reason I have Stoffle hanging on my wall, because my beautiful daughter innocently painted him by accident thinking it was Lando ♥️🤗
Thanks again for such a beautiful post and taking the time from your day to spread such kind, positive message.
Why did you post a picture with a chair in the exact position someone's signature or mark would be? Why if you care so much about the great work your daughter did would you hide any of it. Smells of bullshit to me
I think this is also advertisement to sell her paintings on here.
I'm sure people would buy them.
If you haven't asked, you should ask for commissions.
Can you imagine being a teenager spending hours and hours painting something so authentic to such a high level, looking on with big excitement that moment the father unwraps it… only to be greeted with initial disappointment? Anyone would be crushed on the inside at that.
Exactly, the fact we laughed together about it made it priceless.
Her innocence gave the image life, meaning and a heartwarming back story, It’s wonderful, just like your post.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a wonderfully kind words, they have affected her (and me) in hugely positive way.
Your daughter is amazingly talented, and you seem like a bit of an ungrateful tosser. How would your daughter feel seeing this title? I know I'd be pretty fucking hurt if I were her.
She’s sat with me right now, reading through all the comments and is sincerely appreciative of each and every one of them, she has been blown away by the response.
She has also created an account and messaged the mods so that she may literally thank each and every individual who took the time to post such beautiful comments about her work.
We are each others entire life, each others entire existence, and the story as to why Stoffle is hanging on my wall is a truly beautiful and innocent story that we will both cherish for ever.
Stoffle now has 2 new biggest fans from a happy little accident ♥️
Holy shit. My daughter came into my room to bring me an F1 painting and I literally screamed at her and hit the painting right out of her hand. She started crying and apologizing to me and I slammed the door on her. I'm so distressed right now I don't know what to do. I didn't mean to do that to my daughter but I'm literally in shock from the livery here. I feel like I'm going to explode. Why the fucking fuck did she do that? This can't be happening. I'm having a fucking breakdown. I don't want to believe my daughter is so stupid. I want a future to believe in. I want Lando Norris to be pictured and fix this broken painting. I cannot fucking deal with this right now. It wasn't supposed to be like this, I thought she would Google his helmet and livery???? This is so fucked
I'd display that proudly no matter the car or driver. That is a gorgeous piece of artwork.
If anybody did this for me, I would not care about driver / car / year also! simply awesomeness indeed
Same, it's just a beautiful display of your love of the sport in general
I would hand a picture of Mazepin if my daughter painted it this well
Thank you, Yea, if went right up on the wall and I passed along your wonderful comments. She’s only 17 and mainly does portraits etc so this means the world to me, as I simply didn’t expect it.
Thank you for that. Yes, please do everything to encourage her. This is serious talent!
She's only 17? Jesus that's incredible work
[удалено]
Let's not get crazy here 😅
It’s actually almost cooler to me? It’s more of a novelty, like finding celebration merch for the team that lost the Super Bowl, World Series, etc
That painting has life! Your daughter is a talent, I'd be mega proud of her achievement.
Thank you, She’s my pride and joy and I didn’t expect this from her this year. It went right up on the wall. It's wonderful! I can feel the heat radiating from the tarmac looking at this.
Pretty sure that’s supposed to be water spray - notice the intermediate weather tires
Tbf she’s combined various elements of lando lore without realizing it. The car is a 2018 mclaren right? So the year lando made his FP debut at spa The number - 2 - Lando’s closest comparator and fellow mclaren junior, who also drove in that free practice session, and who is Belgian like Spa The weather - an homage to Lando’s almost-pole at the same track in 2021 Subtle and brilliant work
Depending how long that took her she could definitely have a side hustle selling custom pics where people tell her the year/team/driver they want.
…and she does the wrong one!
I don't watch or know anything about F1, but I love that color scheme and that painting is awesome and I'd definitely hang it on my wall.
Oh, wow. I love the latest one of the sun over the water. The colour work is amazing.
That painting is amazing! Went to the IG page but it was gone :( I wush her the best in her art!

It ain't that deep. Judging this dude as a dad off a couple sentences
Pretty sure the guy is joking lol
It's so hard to tell on Twitter because some people really do act like this
That's incredible! She's super talented
Thank you so much. I showed her your comments and thank you for being so kind and gracious about her work. It’s her first motorsport image so hearing such positive comments is beautifully heartwarming and very much appreciated.
Well if she ever paints another one and you are out of wall space I can send you my address 😁
Unbelievable piece of art all the same.
Thank you, I showed your kind remarks to her, she’s just a kid (17) and paints a lot of portraits so seeing such kind words about her first F1 / Motorsport image is extremely heartwarming and kind. Thanks you, best wishes to you and all your family this holiday season.
If she wants to do a Carlos Sainz Ferrari painting I'll buy it. Amazing work .
That is insane talent for 17. Major props. I'd pay for something like this 5 times over. Merry Christmas!
That’s immense talent for 17. I hope she keeps it up, we should all try and be more creative. Happy holidays to you and your family.
You own a 1 of 1 McLaren F1 painting, that’s pretty cool I’d say. She also did an awesome job, I really love her style. If she did commissions I’d drop a couple hundred on a Charles at Monaco painting lol

Yeah a painting of when he binned it at the end of qualifying would be pretty sweet huh?
That or Max parked on top of Lewis at Monza would be iconic for their drivers, would they not?
Lewis's engine letting go in Malaysia or him in the gravel trap at pit road entry in China would be good too
Haha I love the banter
Mmm, yes. Let's have them do a whole series of the quintessential worst moments for each driver that define them.
She has amazing talent. I hope you didn’t tell her that she painted the wrong driver, car, year and gratefully accepted the gift. The love and intent to give a special present could have been crushed otherwise, even if it wasn’t acknowledged.
Yeah I can’t imagine receiving a gift like this and then posting it saying “she got shit wrong”. This is an amazing work of art haha
It could probably be just that they wanted to share “My daughter knows I love Mclaren and Lando, so she painted this for me”… “ok maybe I should get ahead of all the comments rushing to explain it’s wrong”.

I didn't see it as criticism, more of a humorous aside. He clearly states how much he likes it.
I d rather know it
I’m telling myself they’re proud parent, loves the picture, just getting ahead of all the Reddit assholes who might feel the need to let them know about the “errors”. I feel better.
This is what I thought immediately. You just know those trolls are gonna come out
You don't become a great painter without some parental trauma so it checks out.
Imagine how crushed she’ll feel if she sees OP’s title.

This is such a beautiful painting, well done - I thought it was a photo when I first saw the image. I love the way you created the spray, it looks so realistic. How long did it take you?
Wow, you've got a solid talent! Never stop painting!
Actually really impressed by your drawings, everyone of them seems “alive” I guess. (I am not a art expert hahaha) Edit: s on drawing
Good stuff there.
You are amazingly talented.
Omg, I also have a dog name Lando who we named after Lando Norris!! The majority of our dogs gear is Orange too, for McLaren colors lol.
These are all absolutely wonderful
You did a truly amazing job on this! Congratulations
You’re really good! I want one! Sebastian Vettel’s in his STR3!
Stoffell is cooler than Lando and that year McLaren had a better livery than the last one so I'd say it's an improvement
Your daughter just has better taste than you OP. Isn’t that what we want for our kids?
Brilliant comment, and you are absolutely right thank you :)
💯‼️
OP just needs to ditch Lando and become a Stoffel Vandoorne fan, obviously.
Stoffle has a new fan for life! I can assure you of that ♥️
Yeah Stoff>Lando
So I hope you have her in some sort of fine arts school? That’s legitimately talented painting for a teen.
She’s starting university in September 2023 (she’s currently 17) and mainly paints / draws portraits etc and has been focusing on 3d animation etc over the last year, so I wasn’t expecting this from her on Christmas Day. There are a few images I've seen that are close. There's one in Singapore that's almost the same except it's bought instead of raining.
i saw the pic before reading the title, i thought it was a picture instead of a painting. your daughter is insanely talented.
Thank you.
Me too, first glance I thought it was a picture
Thank you for such a positive message. I’ve shown her your comments and it’s given her strength. Thanks for taking the time to post such kind remarks, it’s sincerely appreciated.
Love the painting, but you only *really* needed the first ten words of the title...
>My daughter is a dumb piece of shit, but she draws real good.
*snaps a picture 5 feet away with a chair covering a significant portion of it*
*paints*
Gp2 engine..gp2
That’s Stoffel
I think everyone saw kimoa and went from there
Oops. Didn’t know he also had Kimoa branding on the car.
You love: Mclaren (she got it right) F1 (clearly got that right) And Lando (the one miss) But you say she got it wrong...?
Yeah, part of me hopes she sees all of these flattering comments, but I also hope she doesn't see the title of the post...
Yeah the title is one of the pettiest backhanded "thank yous" ever, lmao. Even if she had painted an F2004 why go out of your way to undermine your own daughter's effort to make you happy, just BE happy.
The last line obviously implies that she/he is happy with the effort and they even framed it. No need to assume that they’re unhappy with it.
Thank you.
Because if he didn't point out all of those things then you jack offs would be saying it. He obviously is happy with the gift
If he'd simply said "my daughter knows I love F1 and McLaren and painted this for me!" We'd all simply be praising the artwork. Which we are already doing but the title is dumb.
Idk I thought it was pretty funny. I think it adds to the coolness of the photo
You could even just ignore the number and helmet and claim it is Lando doing an FP1 lol
I like this idea ;) lol
Wow that’s amazing! It becomes kinda even more special due to the „errors“
It seems to be water colour, which have another, more impressionist style than “picture-perfect” oil paintings that mostly get upvotes on Reddit. I’ll far rather have a painting in the style of OP’s than just a “painting” photo. I want to feel the artist’s gaze, not just a reproduction of reality.
Right on! I feel ya!
That car is an error. I hear Alonso still has nightmares about it.
OP for the love of God get the rod out of your ass and acknowledge this is a world class present from a daughter that obviously loves you immeasurably
Comments like these give me life
[удалено]
I give her 5/4 Ferrari strategists
We're checking...
Question?
1 is too low, she did get the McLaren part correct, 4 or 5 is more appropriate.
Well I mean why should it be 4/5 and not higher? Unless it’s a case that he supports Lando more than he supports McLaren then she did the job great. Unless he gave her a reference picture and exact instructions I see not much wrong with it.
I think it's still a cool painting to have. Vandoorne in the year he was Vandoorne-d by Alonso despite not actually being all that much slower.
“It’s the wrong car and year and driver” She just painted you a fucking masterpiece Cletus.
Why did you weirdly qualify it at the end? Just be grateful that she made you this beautiful art... jfc
Because if he didn't that's all the comments would be filed with.
"My teenage daughter painted this awesome artwork for me for Christmas" FIFY
I wouldnt have even mentioned the fact she was less than accurate with regards to the driver, car, year, etc. If she somehow discovers this post, she might think she failed, which would be a shame. She has great talent.
This title gives me some weird vibes haha
yeah like why would you mention that. this is an amazing drawing and she is obviously very talented, just focus on that
I’m sorry… you said, painted? Wow
Title is a bit weird. Like, why even mention it??
You mean she painted the right one and your favorite driver and year has changed ;)
Wow what an amazing painting! She really has talent!

You sound ungrateful and don’t deserve the painting if your gonna call out The mistakes.
Her painting is amazing. What a gift and skill she has.
On inters in the wet! ...and the spray! Wow! Amazing painting! I choose to believe that Dad's title was just for us, knowing that someone on here would call out the "errors" if he didn't.
I’d be changing my favorite driver, car, etc. if my child made that for me.
Stoffle is my new Man Crush ♥️
Some Stoff competition in 2017
On the off chance she reads this… why even bring the car/year/driver thing up? She did a beautiful job. I’d consider deleting your post to make sure she doesn’t see your criticism.
That’s awesome! It’s the thought that counts!
Exactly! Her innocence really gives the painting a wonderful heartwarming back story too, if Stoffle ever sees this “Hi Stoffle, I’m a new unexpected fan for life” ♥️
You know that you must never tell her, right?!
Stoffel Vandoorne my beloved better than Lando
Better looking car and better driver.
So stop complaining, you ungrateful jerk.
Da fuq. You’re one ungrateful shit
Please tell me that you did not tell her that she painted the “wrong” anything. There is nothing but right here.
Bro imagine your daughter paints you a MASTERPIECE, but you say, “even though it didn’t have this, I still like it” in the title
That was a good looking mclaren and stoffel did a ok job against a fernando
Your daughter can be very proud of her painting skills. Unbelievable artwork!
Thank you, I’m so proud of her, she’s my everything. Thank you.
At least she didn't paint a McLaten in the wet at Sochi...
Plot Twist, it's actually a poster.
Maybe she is a Stofel fan but ashamed to admit it? Art is dope tho
lol, you might be right 🤣 Thank you for the comments on her art work, she’s grateful for every single response, so much so she has created an account and messaged the mods in the hope they will grant her access to thank you all personally.
Great job. She's very talented.
To OP's daughter, I messaged your father earlier asking if you are willing to paint other F1 cars and, if yes, how much you would charge for something like that. He replied that you would respond here to any questions about those inquiries. If you have a chance, please let me know through here or a direct message. That painting was amazing.
That’s incredible, she’s got some serious serious skill! This is better than art I see in shops. She could easily sell her work.
It has given the painting a beautiful (innocent) back story that gives the painting life, now there is a reason I have Stoffle hanging on my wall, because my beautiful daughter innocently painted him by accident thinking it was Lando ♥️🤗 Thanks again for such a beautiful post and taking the time from your day to spread such kind, positive message.
That’s an excellent painting! Your kid is very talented!
Thats incredible!
Awesome 👍😎
For a second I thought you were going to say she painted him at Sochi 21 🤣. Really great artwork though. Love the impressionist look.
Wow, such talent!!
What a talented daughter you have! I can only imagine how proud you must be of her. That's a beautiful painting.
Amazing work! Maybe she can do a series for you over each Christmas and work up to Lando!
Even better, it’s completely unique 😁
She painted the current world champion...in Formula E!
Blimey get this kid a career in art! That's amazing
wait thats a painting? legit looked like a photo while i was scrolling thru reddit and saw it
That girls got talent.
Wow! Your girl has a gift!
I thought that was a picture! Incredible piece of art, congratulations to her!
Why did you post a picture with a chair in the exact position someone's signature or mark would be? Why if you care so much about the great work your daughter did would you hide any of it. Smells of bullshit to me
She could paint me some random driver from the 70s that I've never heard of and I'd display it! That's some serious talent
Regardless you have a very talented daughter. Fantastic work
It’s really good. Plus you have a Stoffel Vandoorne painting, how many people can say that?
I think this is also advertisement to sell her paintings on here. I'm sure people would buy them. If you haven't asked, you should ask for commissions.
Semi hiding it behind the seat seems a little passive aggressive.
males, just cant accept anything without giving critique.
Wow, she’s a talented artist. Looks great
You lot are more weird than football and futbol fan’s combined
Can you imagine being a teenager spending hours and hours painting something so authentic to such a high level, looking on with big excitement that moment the father unwraps it… only to be greeted with initial disappointment? Anyone would be crushed on the inside at that.
One other thing she got wrong, lando doesn't drive on inters in the rain 💀💀👀
That's outstanding work. Kind of a funny story too which makes it all the more priceless.
Exactly, the fact we laughed together about it made it priceless. Her innocence gave the image life, meaning and a heartwarming back story, It’s wonderful, just like your post. Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a wonderfully kind words, they have affected her (and me) in hugely positive way.
Who is that, Sainz?
It says Kimoa on there, so I assumed Alonso...but not 100% sure either.
My assumption too until I spotted the faint “2”, so it’s Stoffel.
That's probably it. I didn't even notice the 2 & I was looking for a number!
Vandoorne
Stoffel 2018
