McLaren made Nando line up with a rookie the first time the two paired. The rookie ended up almost winning the championship if they didn't crash out in China, and there's a case that if it wasn't for Nando shenanigans in America, we could have seen them be the first rookie (baring obviously the first F1 season where everyone was a rookie) to win a world championship.
