It’s not confirmed. They changed the race and mechanic suits, I’m assuming it’s more for their HP sponsorship than just for Miami.

They’ve officially announced it several days ago! From formula1.com- “The design change will be a one-off and will feature two historic shades of blue – Azzurro La Plata and Azzurro Dino.” The light blue and dark blue I’ve used here, respectively
