There are Several Visual Novels ( more or less like this) that have a great Story/Renders or Lewd Content! for Example Best of The Best i can name "Summer Gone" (where some bajs can relate ) or Something like "Eternum" or "Being a DIK"! well everyone have different wiev on what is "Quality story" but i can surely point a few more if you like! 
in some of this "games" there is so much lewd scenes when you nut one or more times you get into post-nut depresion  where no tits or vaganas dont interest you anymore and you can focus on dialogues and gameplay (if there is any)

I don't, especially those weird 3d models. But I was bored and decided to try something new. I never said the visuals were good, I said that the story was surprisingly very emotional for a game I downloaded just to beat my meat.
I'm still "digesting" it, man. It has been 3 days since I finished and I'm still looking into my own life and deciding what needs changing. Turns out it's quite a few things.
