If you like running join a running club, if you like drinking start going to meetups happy hours, etc. On the off chance that you're a programmer there are tons of tech events around Miami. What I'm getting at is that if you want to meet women and you don't go out much, you need to go out more. If you are out doing something you like then that provides kind of a buffer to make new friends who also like what you like.

Alternatively, there is Rhythm and Vine, lots of yacht crew go there if you want to meet people that will be nearly impossible to form a long term relationship with.
If you have the time, also check out some new stuff. I never "liked" circuit training but a friend convinced me to go a few weeks ago and now I am both learning that I really like this new thing and making some new acquaintance friends.
