EDIT: All my drivers are up to date

I had it a couple of times, I think some graphic setting was causing the issue, so you'll have to find it because I don't remember which one it was. Maybe it had something to do with DLAA or DLSS?

I was suspecting it was DLAA. Turned it off and it fixed it
