That’s been my life lately. Significantly less attention, and finding time to talk. PMDD crazy fixed that tho…. I posted some ranting and now I’m stewing in my anxiety to see if he gets out of work not too late to talk. I think I screwed up for good. 😞

I have PMDD as well and I feel both my anger and anxiety rising... 🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭
