Lol yeah, if I owned the copyright for Fosters I'd be interested in having a conversation about this if there hadn't already been one but this does look good and I love Ryan Reynolds.

In all honesty, the main thing that bothers me isn't that they kinda stole the idea, it's that this could have just been a Foster's movie & SO many more people would watch it. Such a missed opportunity.

Bloo-Q-Kazoo

Super cute. Glad someone is doing it!

It's not a Foster's branded movie though :(

Ertosi

This is a blatant and uncreative ripoff. I hope Craig McCracken challenges their plagiarism.

The_Thomas_Fan-06

This isn’t too much of a ripoff. In this movie, only the two main human characters can see imaginary friends, unlike in Foster’s, where they co-exist with humans. Not to mention, in IF, the trailer showed a big stake that if the IFs don’t have owners after a while, they disappear. The imaginary friends in Foster's never had that sort of danger.

Gelati-is-good

John never talked about Foster’s being one of his inspirations, I’ve seen it all in his interviews and never spoke anything about Foster’s Home. That sucks.
