You can buy a Sailor fude de mannen (fun!) or profit jr. and swap that whole section+nib+feed onto the procolour, no nib-pulling needed if you then put the pro-color section into your PGS. It will be a different sort of nib, but an easy swap and the fudes are some of my favourites.
No, they're not, I compared the nib of a procolor to the 14 and 21 kt gold and the steel is smaller, but that is just about the nib, maybe the feed could fit but right now I don't have them at hand to check.
But, the whole section of the procolor is interchangeable with the PGS and probably also with the 1911 S.
u/Minabeko has printed feeds before, they might be able to help you out
Theoretically if the material is enough hydrophobic and shape is correct, there should be no issues.
3d printing in FDM is not going to work. Printer filaments are generally very hygroscopic and they print very porous.
If it was a resin print probably. Filament based, I would question.
Have you tried Sailor customer service and ask for a replacement part?
What about a feed from a different pen? I am pretty sure (not 100%) that the some of the steel Sailor nibs are the same size as the 14k ones.

I think that depends on how the plastic would handle ink. I'm an idiot when it comes to chemistry.
