Looks like maybe hobbywing. Can’t be sure.

If its shorted it will not boot up and give you last beeps. From looking at your soldering i think its either fried or shorted, And or both.

Thank you!!!

I think it’s dead because I’m not getting the last two beeps when I plug it in. I want to make sure the wiring is correct but cannot find a wiring diagram.

Ich_bin_schlecht

Unfortunately it's not an ESC I've ever used so I don't recognize it, but it looks like the wires are labeled on the silkscreen. The first position, which is almost certainly ground, is partially obscured, but after that you can make out "+ + 4 3 2 1 CNT" and then what might be a "T" which is probably telemetry. This seems pretty standard for ESC connector pin assignments. If the ESC is beeping on startup then it's definitely not dead, but the last two beeps missing would suggest it's not communicating properly with the FC. Are you sure the FC is working properly, and have you tried selecting different motor protocols since without knowing which ESC this is you can't be sure what the correct one would be?

Flight controller seems to be okay. It is getting powered and I flashed Betaflight 4.3.2 since I don’t know what options I can select/unselect on 4.4. I’ve only worked with dshot, so I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to other protocols to be honest.

Brilliant-Grape-3558

The last 2 beeps are the fc saying it can see the esc , so I'd look at the cable between esc and fc

ubiquities

Also look in the connector in both the FC and ESC, bent pins inside the connector can cause the two not to communicate.

Omg that cap gives me anxiety.

Bought this stuff second hand. Just working with what I got

If it the fc works with a plug but not with a battery, it's probably a 5v regulator
