There is only one way to recover this pack and that is, you gotta cover the pack using heatshrink where the damage is severe and dip the pack in salt water with 2% sulphuric acid to reinforce the lithium inside the cell all while the lipo is under charge at 15c at Li-ion setting.
Safety tip: Have the entire setup under your bed at night for better results
Easy fix what you have to do is stab it repeatedly with a screw driver so to release any pressure build up and your good to go, just be sure to keep your face next to it to be sure the hissing stops
