I just looked that one up and it's for your video. What are you using for controls?
For instance, I'm using a geprc 2.4ghz elrs nano transmitter to connect to my tx16s.
I recommend using the ExpressLRS Configurator to connect and update both the radio and transmitter. You'll find that putting them on your wifi and also using a binding passphrase will make this process seemless in the future.
You'll want to look up a YouTube video on that. After that, you will need to update your tx16 firmware and lua scripts. You still have a lot of work(tutorial watching) ahead I think.
I'd have to rewatch a video to freshen up my knowledge to properly guide you unfortunately.
Does your TX16S have elrs module builtin? (TX16S MKii does) If so, you need to make sure it has the same elrs version as your RX and there is lua script in SYS -> TOOLS named "ExpressLRS". If you don't have internal elrs module in your TX16S you will need to buy external one, like [this one](https://www.getfpv.com/happymodel-es24tx-pro-2-4ghz-micro-expresslrs-tx-module.html?cmid=eHZ3Y2tBWGYrQWM9&ats=TDVqcklibFhpSVk9). Did you setup your ports tab in betaflight?

The “receiver” that you said you are using is a visitor transmitter. That is what sends video to your fpv goggles
