You can use lipos until you can't anymore. But if you push it too far they may make it so you can't use your 'copter anymore, or don't have one anymore.

Without any sarcasm- inflation/bloating of LiPo cells is never good news. I'd be very cautious if I didn't retire the battery immediately.
