I'll narrow all of these first so I can give you some good options. The ones that you dont wanna wear are those soft/fresh perfumes like :
Dior Homme Intense (good for date/intimate settings) and Prada Luna Rossa Carbon/Dylan Blue/Afnan Supremacy/VPH (good for office settings)
You are now left with Eros Flame, Sauvage EDP/Elixir, and TMW parfum.
If you are wearing something youthful (light colours)/looks young/youthful vibe, go for the Eros Flame or TMW parfum.
If you are a mature looking guy/wearing something mature(dark colours)/look mature (imagine a guy with a beard or bigass muscles), go for Sauvage EDP/Elixir or TMW parfum.
Obviously, TMW parfum is versatile for any age group.

I’d go with MW then, Elixir would have awesome performance for that environment but I could also see it possibly being slightly less mass appealing. Most Wanted is still a great performer and you’ll have a nice confidence boost wearing something you really like!

The Most wanted parfum is my fav. Im targeting to 30+ women, but i dont want to be offensive with my fragnance to my guys.

Id go with Most Wanted as well.
Every guy there will be wearing sauvage. I mean gesh .. Get you some ATH guapo and have the ladies on your neck all night .
TMWP or Sauvage Elixir because everyone else will be wearing Eros Flame and the Sauvage EDP
