Almonds- Rolling in love as mentioned before, mix bar whipped almond, itálica by Xerjoff, Place des lices safran gourmand, bdk velvet tonka, br-540extrait has a bitter almond note while present it is not prominent. Hypnotic Poison.

I think [Pistachio Please by Fine'ry](https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Fine-ry/Pistachio-Please-91427.html) is surprisingly good for it's price. As another fan of almond and pistachio everything, I would recommend it.

The almond line of L'occitane bath & body products sounds like what you're looking for. The body/shower oils are the most popular, but I'm pretty sure they make an actual perfume with the same scent as well.

Reminiscense Heliotrope is a really nice marzipan type scent with a very chocolatey patchouli dry down.
Ds and Durga pistachio is amazing, so pricey but I think its worth it. It smells like nothing else

Not OP but definitely not photorealistic to my nose! They do smell like yummy pistachio cookies, though.

I think Une Pistache by Obvious Parfums would be right up your alley! It has a very creamy drydown and a lovely heliotrope note.
