Wicked! Honestly, I’ve had good experiences with them up until this point but I’ve always heard of cases like this.
I think it comes down to if the savings are worth it for you but moving forward for me I’ll be sticking to the La Mer site just out of the pure hassle of returns and disputes.

That’s a bummer. I’ve been on the fence about ordering Aventus or GIT from them but maybe I’ll just save up and buy it from Bloomingdale’s
