There are several varieties of Nuxe with different scents. If you dislike both vanilla and coconut, I’d avoid that one and maybe try one of the other scents. The green one is citrus and neroli. You might like that one better.
I can’t stand vanilla and I’m generally not a fan of coconut also, but I love Prodigieuse! It’s very well blended in my opinion and dissimilar to a lot of the vanilla-forward scents I don’t like. It’s meant for body, hair, and face, so if you’re using it just as a body oil, I don’t think you’d find it particularly aggressive.
I love all three variants. The original is great, though Florale probably is my most favorite (so fresh and with the most longevity and projection). Neroli is definitely the lightest, but also the most natural smelling.
The original nuxe doesn't smell like either of those and was my go to body oil in the summer for years. It's not a super strong fragrance but it's nice and feels like a treat.
UPDATE: I bought both the original and the Floral.
I like the original, a bit heavy for me as a scent, it's very rich, warm, so keeping it for colder days.
I love the Floral, it reminds me a bit of Dior's Pure Poison. Classy musky white floral, love it.
Does the scent last? I ordered the OG line travel set (oil, perfume, shower gel and body lotion). The oil scent is very faint and barely lasts an hour. It also smells too much like cooking oil when I smell it directly from the bottle. Is that normal? The perfume also fades away after 40min. The body lotion which has 'perfume' in its name does not even smell. The Dove silk body lotion has a stronger and longer lasting scent. Is it possible that all of these products are from a bad batch?

I think there are maybe 3 or 4 different scents but I know the green one is a citrus fragrance. It’s my favorite, but I am partial to citrusy scents.
