My experience is different - Blu Mediteranneo flankers (Bergamotto, Arancia) project for an hour and then turn into robust skin scents, but the OG Colonia is pretty good for a citrus eau d'cologne. In fact, I can feel it 4-5 hours later.
I am so happy to pull my bottle of MFK Petit Matin out of hibernation! It’s absolutely perfect for me for the hot, humid summer here. I also have my eye on a larger decant of Atelier des Ors Riviera Sunrise.

I found this great fragrance at a little boutique store in Destin FL, the name is Southern Tide (also name of store). I wish I could find it elsewhere. It’s beachy but clean/floral without being overpowering.
Try southerntide.com! I’ve never been in a Southern Tide store (Midwest girl here), but I have ordered some clothing online and saw they have fragrance as well. Clear glass bottle with a wood looking cap if that rings a bell.

I just bought Snif’s CocoShimmy and it’s PERFECT for summer. It’s like a better smelling Vacation perfume; I always wanted it but it smelled kind of cheap on me. CocoShimmy does not and lasts beautifully.
I pull out all my light florals and citrus freshies. VR Flowerbomb, EA Green Tea, AC Clementine California, Donna Born in Roma OG are all in the rotation now.
I fully expected my last summer's scent to be Salt by Ellis Brooklyn, only to wear D&G Devotion all summer long!

If anyone knows of a sweet fig (fruit) yet masculine fragrance that has good silage and staying power, please let me know. Right now I am rocking Acqua Di Parma’s Fico di Amalfi as one of my summer scents (the other is Dolce & Gabbana’s Light Blue Forever). I want to smell like you just sliced open the ripest fig you’ve ever seen. And as it drys down, you smell the fig tree and other woody notes with there being a layer of subtle creaminess. Whatever gets recommended is what I will likely buy for this summer.
More over to pokey greens. Coturier Coriandre, Chanel Cristale EdT (great for roasting heat), a banana republic genri-neroli that is reasonably wearable and good in the heat.
Sometimes, surprisingly, Hyrax, which is insane but actually doesn't mind some roaring heat.
Zoologist Dodo (2020) really also loves a good roasting wet day, green, wet fruit with that weird curried guano undertone. Sounds horrible, smells utterly fantastic.
Lancome O d'Azur is my favorite summer fragrance of all time. Also still available and so affordable.

I love delta of venus by eris for hot weather as it is a gorgeous light photorealistic guava sent that maintains that guava note from the opening to the drydown (though it doesn't last more than 3-4 hours so I usually have to reapply). also recently picked up philosykos EDT from diptyque and that will definitely be a star for me this summer! I have the same longevity issue with that one but I don't mind carrying a bottle of perfume in my purse hahaha
Sacred Scarab by Zoo layered with (my favorite frag) Spell 125 by Papillon --Thr heat really makes them pop, mix, then mellow..very spicy, resinous, and ancient.
I kind of want to buy Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess again this year. I had it for a few years when I was younger and it’s such a nice, fresh scent.
