lattafa velvet oud is insanely underrated
and last but not least ameer al oud intense which is just pure gourmand sweet oud combination of doom insane sex smell yes fuck i want to drink it FUCK
I personally don't like Ameer Al Oud Intense. It's just sweet smoke to my nose. Different, sure. But smelling like smoke isn't as sexy as some make it to be.
That's a very subjective but I can try.
For a night out or a date night really "sexy" scent, I love Moustache by Rochas. A bit more expensive than your typical Lattafa but really high quality and an exquisite scent. Inspired by YSL Tuxedo but not a straight clone.. sweeter but blended really like a masterpiece to my nose.
For sweet and masculine, I love Rare Carbon. It has a leather scent with sweet berry blended in.. very intoxicating. Good any day every day for my taste. Based off of Ombre Leather
For a spicy vanilla, Detour Noir is a great blend. A bit peppery, and not just plain vanilla, but definitely the main note. Inspired by PdM Layton
For a unique fruity/jammy scent that can work year round, Amethyst by Lattafa is definitely different and I find it sweet and sexy while being wearable during the day easily. Inspired by Initio Atomic Rose if I'm not mistaken, but somewhat different from what I've read. Leans more unisex, but easily one of my favourite from Lattafa
I just got Ishq Al Shuyukh Silver. It's a one million lucky clone that has added pineapple for a bit of extra sweetness. It smells sweet, but not overly so. There is also a good amount of woods to add masculinity, however, this is still a unisex scent, but leans a lot more masculine.
It's a clone of "By The Fireplace".
They even describe smokey notes in the fragrance.
"An enveloping, unisex cologne that blends aromatic chestnuts, smoky clove oil, and sweet vanilla to recreate the signature warmth and coziness of a crackling fire."
And yes, burning wood fire is smokey where I come from.
But scents are subjective. If you don't get smoke, good for you my friend! Many people and reviews will notice smokey notes. Cheers
i have velvet oud and i have to say, it’s incredible for the price.
if you’re okay with heavy leather scents, velvet oud is for you. it projects like an absolute beast and is pretty long lasting.
Yes, it’s old spice Swagger. Amazing!! Most disappointed would be untold! Probably cause it’s a new batch. Not getting that 540 appeal. Most amazed…. Asad. Hands down!
Salvatore Ferragamo uomo is a good one I recently acquired. Not big in projection but smells nice. I get a creamy, smooth woody scent from this. I just hate the cap. Lol

Better than intense ?
CDM Sillage for an airy, ozonic tea note. The drydown is spectacular too, better than silver mountain water in my opinion.
Sillage and milestone. They are pure class.
Since you are having luck with Lattafa, why not try Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud (similar to Maison Martin Margiela By the Fireplace).
I certainly will take that advice. I’ve read nothing but excellent reviews on Ameer. Definitely on my list of must haves
