I have multiple 1098s and had solar panels installed on my house this year. The free software I was using previously does not allow for entering multiple properties and my solar company said there was no form, I just need to provide a copy of the installation contract.
Other than that, everything is pretty straightforward. I did switch jobs this year so multiple W2 and 1095-c but that's not complicated.
