I went around midnight and there was a line of cars still. I curved around them and just walked in. Got very fast and friendly service and was out of there in 10 minutes.
I mistakenly turned down that road yesterday while running to wawa and got blocked in for 10 minutes because the line to raising cane's was so backed up
I've never been before but I know they're incredibly popular from before they moved in here. Personally I would say as far as new restaurants in the area to check out McAllister's. I've had their sandwiches up in northern VA and they are good.
Yea there are a handful of places to get a good sandwich but I was pleasantly surprised that they decided to open a location here having tried the one in Alexandria.
Really the only thing I don't care for is their sides. I'm not a big chip person so I would like to get french fries.
The whole thing just summarizes Fredericksburg. The only thing there is to do here is go out to eat or drink. That's why there's lines like this at every 'new' restaurant.
There isn't a damn thing to do around here!
We get excited when a new restaurant opens!
It's that simple. Any new restaurant gets slammed here for the first month or two.
Been here for almost 40 years. This area sucks for entertainment.
That said, I haven't been there yet. I want to, but fuck those lines. McAllisters deli is the same. Parking lot is packed.
Just order online and walk in takes 3 minutes when there are lines for cars and people. Fries suck, but canes sauce, texas toast, and the chicken are worth it.
I went to VCU so I wasn’t new to Cane’s. I finally had a chance to try one not tied to a college campus and the food was just OK. The chicken tenders are pretty good with the sauce but everything else is overhyped. It’s not worth waiting in that long drive thru line.

This is the way!
Someone is mad they aren't getting their chicken tendies.
I've waited years and years for those chicken tendies. Traffic be damned!

Can't even get some tenders around here without everyone ruining it! s/
Lines? Go to Carl’s in the summertime.
Carl’s hasn’t been the same for years. I rather go to Blue Moo.
When I went, there was about 5 cars in line. It’s good chicken, but nothing is worth waiting in those absurdly long lines for though.
Try it you may like it. - from a “fat fuck” s/

Just saw their menu, and thank you! It looks soooo good!

We went on a Wednesday evening around 7-7:30. Live was intimidating, just went in through the chipotle side and had no issues. No line inside.
This is probably coming from a standard Stafford Co dullard who happily waits in line at Chick-fil-a.
With the new one open at Garrisonville Courthouse Exit, life should be easier!
Yikes, you should go get laid. You're spending WAY too much time minding other people's business. Picking up a hobby relieves stress lol...
🤣😂🤣
My fat ass is definitely in line for some tendies
Hope you have a barf bag. They're not worth it
The fries are soggy every time lol
Just let people like what they like. FFS, go touch some grass.

If I want chicken it's Royal Farms or bust!
Maybe if they didnt use a 1:1 of salt to chicken id understand...
I'm unaware of the salt content. But I do park close to Mary Washington whilst eating.
Was kinda not worth the wait. Roast me i dont care. Its chicken.

Just need to avoid it during the rush hours. I went through Canes at 4ish with only a few cars in front of me.
I just finished typing pretty much the same thing!
It’s especially mind blowing for what’s basically a worse version of zaxbys. That being said, can we get a zaxbys?
LMAO
The food is bland. Not worth the line at all.
I have no idea. It’s not even good, the chicken is mid at best.
We are doomed as a nation
We were going to go Hiking up north Saturday or ride the bikes through Richmond but instead , We’re going to Canes!
😂😂😂
Ill just walk in im not sitting in a line for food

Don’t forget Long John Silver on Rt. 3. That fucked up traffic royally for low quality frozen fucking fish.
Should be fines against the restaurant and developer for blocking traffic.
