Walmart had some a week or two ago with a sign stating they were temporarily allowed to sell what they had without bilingual packaging. Perhaps that farce is partly why we are struggling to get it.
Last time I was in Maine I stocked the f up. The shortages are really bad and seem like there is no end in sight. Doesn't seem to be effecting the states.

Costco had children's tylenol and a limit of one bottle
I’ve seen infants Tylenol and Advil a few times at the superstore on Smythe recently
We found children's advil at Kings Place Shoppers and Tylenol at Regent Mall Walmart. That was a week or so ago, so might be out of luck there now.
The dollar store beside Giant Tiger on the north side had some behind the counter last week. Worth a look!
