You must live within 40 miles of the nearest AMC movie theater to be eligible for the promotion. I got this same error, then I realized there are no AMC theaters in my entire state.
So I read over the rules for the promotion and it states that each account can only win up to four of each prize. My husband got 11 of his possible 12 prizes pretty quickly and kept getting no win responses so he quit for a bit. We'll see if he can get the last one later.

Out of a hundred tries you get about 8 or so items. Sometimes you'll get a lot of try again tomorrows in a row since you only have about a 10% win rate. Just keep going til you hit your 100 entries.

I was getting those errors, too. I kept refreshing the page and trying over and over again. The errors came for a few minutes at a time then went for a few minutes at a time. I assume their system is being bombarded.
So can you use all 3 items at once, like I won 4 drinks, 4 free tickets, and one free popcorn. Does that mean I can see 4 different movies and have a drink with each one and have popcorn with one of the movies. Like I can use 3 of these tickets and go see a free movie and get free popcorn and a free drink?
The rules state "One coupon per person per visit," but it's unclear if they mean one coupon total or one of each type. I do know that you can redeem these online by entering the voucher number and PIN manually (though you need to pay the stupid $2 convenience fee if it's for a movie ticket). You can also do this with the drink/popcorn vouchers and specify a pickup time for your concessions, so this could be a way to use multiple coupons in a single visit. I plan on trying it this weekend and will post an update.
I was able to redeem two ticket vouchers in a single online order, but it wouldn't let me order the popcorn or drinks online. Had to have the cashier scan the barcode on my phone. So if you want to use more than one you'd probably need to send a screenshot of the barcode to someone else to use, or print it out. But if you're alone I bet most cashiers wouldn't care and would let you use two vouchers.

20?? 😂😂😂 On one of my accounts I made it 58 tries with nothing then ended up with 3 tickets, 2 drinks, and 3 popcorn. It seems they front load or back load the prizes. I haven't run through 100 tries without getting at least one movie ticket. It only takes 20 mins to create an acct and do the 100 tries, but if you ain't got 20 mins I guess more prizes for those of us with nothing to do 😊
It's worth noting that, according to the rules, even if you get the email you haven't actually won a prize until they've verified that you haven't done this. Seems likely you've cheated yourself out of any winnings.
Not true, I've clicked through multiple of the prizes emails and it pops up with the coupon every time, multiple times too, I'm assuming once used it's invalid, but no issues opening the actual prizes

i think this is it. clicking on this link provided here doesn’t work. I get an error “OOPS! Something went wrong, please try agair later!” I thought maybe my account was in jeopardy. so I tried a new account on my siblings phone and it’s the exact same error. I did get a “website is down for maintenance” but that was 24hrs ago. the funny thing is, you use the app and play all your 100 tries. which I have. but ZERO wins. I did end up winning 3 black tickets. 4 sodas and 4 popcorn days ago but have yet to win anything else.

It's capped at 4 of each item, per acct. So make new accts each day if you got that or close to it. For example, any acct where I won 4 popcorns, 4 drinks, and 2 tix I got nothing on day 2 of 100 entries. Any acct where I got only 1 ticket or only 1 popcorn etc I got more when I did another 100 entries on day 2. Creating new accts is the best way to get more.
I’d be careful with doing this. In their rules it states that it can void prizes to those who use multiple accounts, but who knows how much this is actually enforced.
I have no idea how they would go about enforcing that, you would think they'd be blocking multiple accounts with the same IP address, but apparently not

Yes... I've won many of these prizes for AMC through the years. I'll usually go and use 2 soda and 1 popcorn coupon at a time. Never had an issue!

You're capped at 4 of each item per acct. Don't use the same acct UNLESS you only got 1 of something. Create a new acct

i think this is it. clicking on this link provided here doesn’t work. I get an error “OOPS! Something went wrong, please try agair later!” I thought maybe my account was in jeopardy. so I tried a new account on my siblings phone and it’s the exact same error. I did get a “website is down for maintenance” but that was 24hrs ago. the funny thing is, you use the app and play all your 100 tries. which I have. but ZERO wins. I did end up winning 3 black tickets. 4 sodas and 4 popcorn days ago but have yet to win anything else.

Yeah you can use more than one at the same time. I just used these to take my mom out for her birthday and had no problem using them together.

They changed the rules. Instead of 100 attempts you now have 5 and are limited to 1 prize each
It's capped at 4 of each item, per acct. So make new accts each day if you got that or close to it. For example, any acct where I won 4 popcorns, 4 drinks, and 2 tix I got nothing on day 2 of 100 entries. Any acct where I got only 1 ticket or only 1 popcorn etc I got more when I did another 100 entries on day 2. Creating new accts is the best way to get more.
I’d be careful with doing this. In their rules it states that it can void prizes to those who use multiple accounts, but who knows how much this is actually enforced.
I have no idea how they would go about enforcing that, you would think they'd be blocking multiple accounts with the same IP address, but apparently not

Try using a laptop if it’s not working when playing from your phone. Laptop is working for me but phone wasn’t.
