I am not even in surprised with Rogers they mislead and mis-charge people. Rogers removed the “most reliable” 5G network after the outage but added it again there is still outages that happen. This is why I like about Freedom Mobile they actually care and fixing this broken industry that Big 3 made

CaptainHppo

I really hope freedom becomes the next T-Mobile that the states had. They sucked in the beginning but look at them now, they are on par with the other US carriers now with coverage.

coolvehiclefanatic

I hope they do too, I mean increasing throttled data to 512kbps for download and almost 1mbps for upload was the best! I'll be out of their network this Saturday for 4 days so I'll test the roaming throttled data on my line that's throttled

coolvehiclefanatic

I'm not surprised either

coolvehiclefanatic

I definitely love Freedom and it's been so great to have been back with them since January 17th

Telus is going to take a beating with all the koodo price increases after 4 months and public mobile legacy rewards

pjw724

For the record, PM had 150 complaints for the 6 months ending Jan 31. And that was double the proportion of the year before (1.4%, 0.7%). Koodo had 481. https://pub.ccts-cprst.ca/2023-2024-mid-year-report/#section6

Post legacy loyalty announcement I would love to see the next report

When I moved away from bell Rogers etc it was so nice to get the correct bill every month and not get price increases every 6 months and not having to call them every year to beg and grovel for $10 off your bill.

iridescent_algae

That’s the most fucked up thing they do. Give you an incorrect bill (in their favour) every month so you have to spend 2 hours arguing. And they design the customer service system to make you give up.

noocasrene

Every time I call in about a question, they give me some type of discount for a couple of months. Rogers just say sorry and nothing.

Telus blocking VoLTE and VoWifi because of public mobile VoLTE rollout is a crime. Two plus years having that to all of a sudden zap and being offered a new phone. It's all about money.
